Enjoyed the stay

Favorite memory: walking the beach and watching the sun on the water. Our favorite restaurant is salt water cowboys on Shem Creek- great barbecue. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

Hot tube was perfect. Views wonderful. Home was “Over the top” in every way imaginable. Absolutely pet friendly- the paddleball court and pool area were magnificent.

Gorgeous Sunsets and Sunrises

Favorite memories: Impossible to narrow down, but will try. Walking the beautiful beach, swimming in the ocean, playing pickleball and bocci, swimming in the beautiful pool, lounging in the hot tub. Watching the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets.

All fun!

Beautiful weather! Loved playing pickleball and bocce ball with friends. A little putting competition was fun as well. Walks on the beach were so peaceful and refreshing. Awesome time! The pool and hot tub are a perfect place to relax with friends.

I would give this home more than a 5 star. It was the best it could have been and even more. We were celebrating an 80th birthday. We had 14 family members from 17 to 80, lots of room for everyone, both inside and outside. If we needed anything, it was fired within the hour. Was a wonderful place!!!! Thank you from our family.

Stunning masterpiece!!

We recently stayed here at 620 Ocean and it was the best vacation home that we have ever rented. Every detail was added in this home. We brought our small dog and they had little areas for dogs like the water and food area under the bar in the kitchen. The views are stunning and we spent every morning watching the sun right on the porch swing. We had fun using the pickle ball court though none of us knew how to play! We will be back!

Sunsational was Sensational!

We had a wonderful week at this vacation home. The is a beautiful property and is very well-appointed. There is so much to do - pool, spa, bocce ball, putting, pickleball and of course the ocean. Our group ages 9 - 81 enjoyed it all. The kitchen is very well- equipped. One glitch was that the refrigerator in the kitchen would not cool below 53 degrees even if empty. We could use the one in the scullery. There were several electrical glitches in the basement which prevented the ice-maker and the refrigerator there from working. As a relative new-build, probably need a good electrician to check out all the wiring down there. As always, the property management company was very friendly and helpful with everything. We are looking forward to being back in 2026.
