Questo condominio al 5 ° piano in esclusiva Beach Cannella a Ocean Hammock è assolutamente bellissimo dentro e offre alcune delle migliori viste della zona!

Designer-arredato e dotato di quasi tutti interni aggiornamento immaginabile, questo è veramente una residenza eccezionale.

Questo condominio di livello singolo è accessibile sia da ascensore che da scale e offre 1344 piedi quadrati di spazio abitativo squisito, oltre ad un enorme balcone di oltre 300 piedi quadrati! Come si entra nella hall sarete accolti da dieci piedi soffitti, pavimenti in cotto, e una vista mozzafiato del mare attraverso le grandi finestre e porta scorrevole in vetro sul balcone.

La cucina gourmet caratteristiche incontaminate elettrodomestici in acciaio inox, granito e tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari per cucinare per la tua famiglia e gli amici. p>

La sala da pranzo è pronto per cene a lume di candela, riunioni di famiglia, o nulla in mezzo. Il soggiorno ha una generosa quantità di posti a sedere disposti a sfruttare la vista mozzafiato sull'oceano.

Ci sono tre camere da letto e due bagni. La master suite fuori del soggiorno ha un letto king-size ed è dotata di una TV / DVD / VCR. Il bagno principale ha un combinato, per lui e per la sua vanità, una grande vasca idromassaggio, e un box doccia separato.

Situato fuori dal corridoio di entrata sono due ben arredate e confortevoli camere da letto, un secondo bagno e una zona lavanderia completo con lavatrice e asciugatrice full size. Una camera ha un letto matrimoniale mentre l'altro ha una serie di letti extra lunghi singoli.

L'enorme balcone con vista sull'oceano è pronto per la sala da pranzo o rilassarsi, come vi piace il suono della risacca, l'odore della salsedine croccante, la vista di scintillante luna sul mare, e forse qualche putt o l'approccio all'ottavo verde.

Questo condominio si trova a pochi passi dai due circoli spiaggia Cannella. L'Oceano Clubhouse, progettato con gli adulti in mente, offre un ambiente appartato. Il luogo ideale per guardare l'alba o godere di una brezza marina sera, comprende una spettacolare piscina giro, una torre panoramica con vista sull'oceano, e sedie e ombrelloni per l'uso in spiaggia. Con il nuovo lungomare proprio accanto a questo edificio si avrà i piedi nella sabbia in pochissimo tempo!

Il più vivace Lago Clubhouse comprende la Cannella Grille, un eccellente palestra, una piscina per famiglie con un sprayground, un centro teen con calcio balilla e air hockey, e una sala giochi con tavolo da biliardo, tutte con vista sul lago d'acqua dolce.

Con sei zona campi da golf e la vicinanza al World Golf Village a Sant'Agostino e il TPC a Ponte Vedra, questo è davvero il paradiso dei golfisti. Aggiungi la bellissima spiaggia color cannella e le splendide piscine e hai la perfetta posizione per le vacanze in famiglia.

Beautiful view of the ocean

We had a wonderful time at Cinnamon Beach. The condo was lovely with a fantastic view of the ocean. The property was very well maintained. We will definitely plan another visit.

Great family stay

Met my brother and his family. Beautiful condo right next to the beach access. Convenient access to groceries and anything else you may have left at home. Beautiful beach.

Beautiful Unit and view, but...

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family loves Palm Coast especially these units. This particular unit was well furnished, comfortable and had a beautiful view of the ocean and golf course. We saw the sunrise each morning and could even see the sunset from our balcony. Living room was comfortable with and balcony spacious with lots of places to sit. The only downside were the beds in two rooms. The master bedroom was comfortable and had great sheets. But the other two rooms felt hard as a rock and unfortunately that would be a deal breaker for our return. I can't imagine anyone sleeping on those beds. Super easy fix so hopefully the owners will update that because everything else was great.

Great views and updated decor

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful unit and views. Love the living room furniture. Spacious, new and just about everyone has a recliner. Nice TV, lots of space, great patio and did I mention, the view is beautiful! You can see the sunrise each morning. The only downside of the ocean is it is filled with so many rocks that it makes it difficult to swim. All furniture is updated and comfortable with the exception of two bedrooms with mattresses that are VERY hard. We thought it was a deal breaker but decided to bring our own mattress toppers to help. For the cost of the rental, we think the owners could upgrade this and it wouldn't be expensive. The only other issue was there were hundreds of dead very small bugs on the patio. Obviously they have pest control since they were dead and probably a season for whatever they were. They weren't there last time. Just needed to wear shoes on the patio and wipe off the tables each day. Love the ocean but just be aware that there are so many rocks in the ocean so hard to swim.

Beautiful view, but unexpected issues!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view is beautiful which was something we really appreciated. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy our vacation due to major noises during the entire night from the people above us. When contacting the management office, there was no resolution to our complaints. The furniture is in good condition. There is a need for better cleaning as we found hair on the master bathroom and the rugs were dirty. The carpet needs to be cleaned as we struggled with allergies.

Condo great- Beach not

The condo was clean and spacious. Views spectacular. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable but the beds in the 2 guest bedrooms were extremely firm and uncomfortable. The refrigerator was unable to cool our food properly and as a result we had a gallon of milk and a quart of strawberries spoil in 4 days. The beach was beautiful, however, it is NOT a swimming beach. Large, flat, sharp rocks line the coastline. They cannot be seen at high tide but are visible at low tide. You have to risk the skin on your toes and shins to get out to the sandbar behind them. There really isn’t anything for a teen aged child to do. The pools are either for smaller children or older adults. The pools come with extensive and very restrictive rules. We had to go out of town to do things. Overall, the condo was very nice and the views were amazing. The beach and the pools were less than desirable. We will not return to Cinnamon Beach.

Beautiful condo

The condo is absolutely beautiful with an amazing ocean view. It is extremely clean and cozy. The master bed was very comfortable however the other mattresses in the guest rooms were a bit hard. Extra towels, blankets and pillows are provided. They even provided beach towels! The condo is convenient to beach access. There are 2 fairly large pools. One is a quiet pool area and the other is more for families with children. The only downside to this condo is it’s distance from the pool areas. It is one of the farthest units from the pools...around a 5-6 minute walk for us. I didn’t remember reading about the distance to the pools in any reviews or in the condo description. I found out a week before my arrival when I was sent a map of the area. However, the pools are extremely nice and worth the walk. Overall, we had a great vacation and absolutely loved the Cinnamon Beach area.

Great unit and location

This beautiful condo had great ocean and golf course views. You come out of the elevator right at the boardwalk to the beach. Very secure location. My family had a great time. It wasn't too crowded even on Labor Day weekend. There is an app you can use to get info about the unit. I wish it had gate codes and codes to the unit instead of having to filter through emails.

Pools are very nice with a game room area and fitness center. We really loved this place. There are plenty of places to eat. We actually door dashed food for our stay because of COVID-19. We also cooked breakfast in the mornings. There are plenty of cooking utensils, if you decide to cook yourself. There's a Publix right around the corner which is nice. The community is beautiful as well. There's plenty of parking for you and your guests. If I had anything negative to report, it would be that the beach has a line of rock at the shoreline that makes it a little difficult if you like to boogey board or surf. It actually reminds me of the calmness of the gulf. Also, we apparently had some toddlers above us that sounded like they ran back and forth thought out the day, but was muffled out at night by our box fans.

Beautiful family place

Property was just as described. Beds were comfortable and the beach was gorgeous. The only negative was some noisy neighbors a floor above us. We would definitely go back to Cinnamon Beach

View Cannot Be Beat, but Not All Was Up to Par

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location, the view and the lovely beach made our stay a dream come true, but (sadly) for the price we paid, other elements of our stay did not live up to our expectations.We found the kitchen to be poorly stocked, with what looked like discarded items from a garage sale filling the cabinets. Our first shock was the discovery of dried on food on ALL of the plates in the cupboard, requiring us to do a complete dish washing of all culinary and dishware before using anything. Knowing that we were paying an extra "cleaning fee" made it more than insulting to have to begin to clean before we could feel comfortable preparing food in our kitchen! To make matters worse, our party of six had only four coffee mugs on hand. Various other items in the unit was either in need of upgrade, or was not working (the lock mechanism on the front power in the outlets on the balcony...). Overall, the unit was in need of a overhaul. Just as we have experienced during our prior stays at Cinnamon Beach via the management company, we find the information demanded (names/ages/driver's license numbers/SS numbers) for guests to be excessively intrusive. The expectation that NO other individuals will spend any time in the rental unit during the stay is also absurd, especially if other family members are staying on site, or live in the area. I understand that some folks may have abused the system in the past does not mean that it is wise to treat each guest with such suspicion. Sorry to be so negative about these issues, but for $400 a night, I expect better.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 7th year visiting Cinnamon Beach. The resort iis amazing. We love the pools, beach, and other amenities. Unfortunately , this year was a disappointment as our condo was in bad shape. This is the first year we stayed in a place like this. Condo had an order that smelled like mildew (had to wash all of our clothes twice to get smell out when we came home), carpets were stained, furniture was beat up, and I had to buy new pillows at Walmart for everyone to use as they were so dirty / flat. Those are just a few to list. We will be returning to the resort again but will not be staying in this unit ever again. We invited a few other families to Cinnamon Beach with us and I happy they had beautiful units as we saw each one of them. I would of been sad if there units gave a bad impression of the resort. The sun was out all week so we stayed outside as much as possible. No problem with management or resort just not a fan of this unit.
