In addition to a prime location near everything, you are granted access to a variety of fantastic and entertaining amenities, including three outdoor whirlpools and one indoors (offered seasonally), four pools (three heated outdoor and one indoor, a seasonal sauna, a one-foot-deep children's pool with a fountain, and outdoor showers.,

This splendid home away from home offers tropical views from your private balcony. This is the perfect spot to start your day with a delicious breakfast and get ready for a fantastic day! The upgraded kitchen has all the essentials that will make cooking a breeze, so don't hesitate to prepare your friends' favorite meals and treats. Wind down and enjoy a tranquil time with your loved ones in the sunny living area, furnished with comfy sofas in front of a smart TV with streaming and cable. The main bedroom enjoys magnificent beach views, access to the balcony, a smart TV, and an en suite bath.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Outdoor pools and hot tubs are open.
The indoor pool is expected to open in April 2024.
The lazy river at the complex will be closed until further notice.
The balcony is not accessible at this time. The complex of Beach Cove C-Tower is currently undergoing extensive roof repairs. The balconies are closed in the C-tower until the renovations are complete.
This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.

Please note that per HOA rules, off-site rental guests do not have access to the exercise room, bar/grill/cafe or arcade. The indoor pool is accessible to all guests.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 6.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
