Everyone in our group had their own shower! Such an unexpected treat. Everything was very central and easy to access on the island from this area. Loved the automatic door locks and not having to worry about keys!

Lovely and Covenient

Great home well appointed close proximity via car to restaurants & shopping & as well as walk to beach! All the indoor amenities one could need! Outdoor equipment for beach would be nice but local vendors make it easy! Excellent home for families & gatherings

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was everything we could possibly have needed. Was clean, very spacious, close to the beach, and laid out perfectly. The Island Time staff was very attentive and responsive whenever we had a question, but never a concern! Thanks for the memories.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was as good as advertised. Had 8 people staying and we had plenty of room for everyone. Great location, clean and well maintained house, close to beach and very good customer service. Had a couple of minor problems that were taken care of quickly after a phone call. Highly recommend this house.

Great fall getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time for our annual fall getaway. This is a tradition our four couples started 15 years ago. This house has been by far the best! Having the hot tub was a bonus. Each couple had their own private bathroom. Short walk to the beach, pickle ball, golf and beach restaurants.Island Time was the best!

Didn’t meet expectation

Our weekend getaway didn’t turn out as expected. While admittedly a minor hassle, I had to call the property management company 2 weeks from my arrival to ask why my card had not been charged and if we still had a reservation. I had to call again 2 hours prior to check in to ask why I had not received any information on accessing the property. As it turned out, these inconveniences appear symptomatic of their wider attitude towards clients. On arrival at the property management company to sort out access, I was told that one parking pass comes with the property and that extra passes were $30 each for a weekend. Strange for such a large property. When we got to the property, the refrigerator was not working. I contacted the property manager to advise and that there was a lot of water that had seeped under the kitchen floor as a result of the dead refrigerator. I was told to leave the doors closed overnight and that the temperatures would stabilize. They did not. The refrigerator remained at room temp. The refrigerator was replaced the next day around 3 pm and did not come to temp as to be useable until that night. Zero concessions were made by the property owner or management despite having provided a property without a working refrigerator and a parade of maintenance people on Saturday. These things will happen but buyer beware on this one, if anything goes wrong with the property during the getaway that you paid for, expect ‘tough luck and deal with it’ from mgmt.

We are very sorry you encountered poor communication with us and that our customer service was not up to the standards you have come to expect from us. For the car passes, that is a community rule that we must follow with Palmetto Dunes. Passes will be an extra cost when staying in private communities on Hilton Head, no matter the house size. Regarding the refrigerator, we brought you ice and a loaner fridge as soon as we could and are disappointed that we answered every question and still received this comment.
