House was beautiful and space was very efficient for our party of 10. Kids loved the bunk room and adjoining game room. Property manager was very proactive and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

The home was absolutely stunning with every amenity. Our group of family and friends thoroughly enjoyed the finishes, gourmet kitchen with every utensil one could think of. Property manager checked in regularly to see if we needed anything and responded promptly to our questions. The shuttle picks you up within 10 minutes with friendly service. 2 minutes from the slopes and just a few minutes into downtown Steamboat for shopping, dinner. Will definitely stay again. Thank you for the fresh snowfall on the slopes too.

Clean home!

Beautiful home! Very clean and well kept! The hot tub was so big! We enjoyed seeing the hot air balloons in the morning from the back porch. All of the Sonos in the house and porches were great to have.

Exceeded our expecations! This property was without a doubt the best vacation rental we have stayed in. We were a party of 10 (6 adults, 4 children). The home was so well equipped. The kitchen had every tool and small appliance you would ever want, and plenty of plates, glasses and flatware. We loved that it had two dishwashers.The multiple balconies were nice, with comfortable seating. One balcony had morning shade; the other afternoon shade. The hot tub on the lowest level is huge.Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Televisions in every bedroom, but there were too many things to do in Steamboat that we never watched tv. The bunk room was a bonus for the kids. There were video and table games that kept the kids occupied while we were there. The kids played on the lower level while the adults hung out on the upper level. It was nice to have multiple lounging places whenever someone needed quiet time to read or work.The photos don't do it justice. This property is well thought out and has top-of- the- line features everywhere. We would definitely recommend staying here. When we return to Steamboat, this is the house we want to reserve again.

Luxury Lodging!

This place is dreamy! Every amenity is available. Beautiful decor, stunning views, private feel in a gorgeous neighborhood directly at the gondola for easy access to the base. Have stayed in many areas in Steamboat and this by far exceeded my expectations. True luxury. The shuttle service is efficient and quick to any place you need to go in Steamboat. Did not need a car. Easy access to everything and a wonderful place to rest and relax after a long day of fun. Highly recommend!

Perfect location, perfect accommodations, perfect service!

Everything we needed for our family ski vacation was thought of and available to us right down to the smallest details. Check in was simple, transportation to and from the slopes and downtown for shopping and dining was fast and easy. The house has so many amenities we didn't want to go anywhere else at night. Kitchen was well stocked with high end appliances and all the cookware we needed. When our return flights got changed, the management team was quick to help arrange transportation for my oldest son who unexpectedly found himself without a ride to the airport. This management team and this property are top notch. Highly recommended!

Cool but missing some key ingredients.

A lot of cool features to the house, but I wouldn't rent it again. The kitchen layout is suboptimal - too small a fridge and why have two dishwashers. MOST importantly, the pots and pans and utensils were totally inadequate for cooking for a crowd. Would be enough for 6 people maybe. And the TV area was too small for a big crowd. Love the heated toilet but would not rent again.
