We had a wonderful week at this beautiful cabin and made great family memories. Our group consisted of 2 families of 5, including 6teens (boys 17, 16, 15 & 13; girls 14 & 13). The cabin was clean, bedrooms were spacious, the mattresses were comfortable, the air conditioning worked great, there were plenty of towels, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The owner was very responsive before and during our stay. I was disappointed, however, that the detailed feedback I sent after our stay—intended to help future guests and improve the listing—was never acknowledged.A few things future guests should know. The bunk room description is misleading. The listing states "2 Twin Bunk Beds and 2 Queen Beds," but it actually has one twin bunk bed and one queen-over-queen bunk, providing only four sleeping surfaces instead of the six we expected. One of our teens had to sleep on the pull-out sofa in the living room. The driveway is extremely steep and was by far the biggest challenge of our stay. Two of the four adults in our group refused to drive it after seeing it. If you're not comfortable driving steep mountain roads, this is something to seriously consider. Construction across the street further reduced the already limited maneuvering space, making entering and exiting even more difficult. The starter supply of toilet paper also wasn't enough for 10 guests, so plan to bring or purchase additional supplies.
