Indulge in your own private bowling alley with two lanes and a range of other games including pool table, air hockey table, basketball hoops, water truck, arcade games, and more, perfect for bonding and creating memories with your loved ones. The open-concept living room space and massive Kitchen Island with additional chairs provide ample room for your group gatherings and quality meals together, with the kitchen fully equipped to satisfy even the most discerning chef.

Enjoy the sunshine in the large private swimming pool and spa with resort-style sun loungers and seating. If you prefer outdoor cooking, use the private family BBQ grill next to the pool for a fee.

Other amenities include two refrigerators, two sets of full-sized washers and dryers, and free Wi-Fi and internet. You can also request mid-stay cleaning and daily turn-down services to enhance your stay.


There is a Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee of $45 that will be charged at the clubhouse front desk when guests check in.
The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation.

The primary person will need to provide:
• Their reservation information which shows:
• The rental property address.
• Check in and check out date.
• Number of guests.
• Identification that matches the reservation name.
• License plate information for the primary vehicle.

The resort will issue out a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry.
