Beautiful Bright & Airy Home in Arts District - 8 minutes to the beach!

A beautiful bright and airy home in the Eau Gallie Arts District - designed with two murals to inspire your inner artist. We have an open concept living space with maximum seating to host you and your family or friends. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an outdoor patio, a butterfly garden, and a large backyard.

We are within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, parks, a Kava Bar, art shops, entertainment venues, a library, breweries and the Intracoastal waterway.

You can take the historical tour through our neighborhood, walk down to the fishing dock, go read a book in the park, catch a live band at Pineapples, stop in to Intracoastal Brewery for a local beer and a snack, or take a nice jog over the Eau Gallie bridge.

We are 8 minutes from the closest beach, which happens to be dog friendly!

Amazing new and spotless home!

This house is totally new, super clean and updated! The house is even nicer than in the photos. The host is amazing, she was available for any questions and responds back quickly. The area has restaurants and shops within walking distance. Owner has extras in the home such as coffee filters, shampoo, conditioner, soap in the showers and Q tips, cotton balls, beach towels. I would highly recommend and we will be back! Thank you!

Great property and in the best location!

Highland house is a wonderful property. Very clean and spacious. It was the perfect size for 4 adults and a dog. The location was perfect. Walked to Grumpy’s Biscuits multiple mornings for breakfast and there were multiple good restaurants to walk to for dinner and lunch as well. Cute historic/artsy neighborhood with character and charm. The property manager was extremely easy and responsive when communicating with. Will definitely look to book Highland house again when we come back to Melbourne!! Very strong recommendation!

Mini Family Vacation

The house is cute as can be and had everything we could possibly need for our mini getaway. I was impressed with how well stocked the house was. We had a lovely time.

Great house in a Great neighborhood

We were super happy with this stay! Comfortable beds and lots of towels. My husband was able to "work" one early morning in a pretty, sunny room- a must for us to have lots of natural light. I had to keep track of my elderly Mom, just saying we had to sleep light in case she got up during the night. I'm unsure if anyone has said anything here, but there's a train about 5 blocks away. We heard the train horn 3 times between 3:15am - 3:45am. I think folks should know. I also think that our dog slept through it all... and maybe we slept through it other times. Just a heads-up. The kitchen was well-stocked. We were so grateful for that. There are tons of prime upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms and the art brings a big smile factor at "hello" - loved it all! The neighborhood had more treats for us to explore than we had time. I had made a mental list of places before we arrived, but we ended up finding more neat things in walking distance (even Mom-walking distance)! So Great stay in a Great house with a Great host!
