The Fernwood was the perfect place for our family holiday vacation. The Host was always available and very accommodating. Well stocked for all needs, clean, and a great location with lots of amenities. The perfect family friendly home.

Fernwood was all as advertised and more! It was truly curated for comfort, enjoyment and livability. We enjoyed morning coffee on the porch, watching the deer stroll by, and movies in the evening with a good dose of games and hikes thrown in. Lee Ann, the host, was very responsive and had a lot of local information to share when we asked. We found a thoughtful surprise treat waiting for us upon arrival. We’d go back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Fernwood in Connestee Falls! The house was comfortable, clean, and well appointed with everything you would need. The host was very communicative, accommodating and pleasant to speak with. They have created a fantastic home for family and friends to enjoy together amidst the beauty and nature of Connestee Falls! We hope to stay again!!

This property blew away all of my expectations. We have stayed in other rental properties in the area before and none of them came close to this oasis that Lee Ann has created. It’s absolutely perfect from top to bottom. She even decorated for the holidays and had a Christmas tree for us. I will definitely stay there again!

Outstandomg house and host was awesome. Made 1 or 2 small requests. Nothing was a problem. House was well equipped in every room including the kitchen. This is our 4th Connestee rental and was the best. Lake was nearby and host had kayaks at the lake for us to use. Couldnt have been nicer.

We have always loved Connestee Falls for access to great hikes, waterfalls and swimming in the lake. The Fernwood was a perfect home which met all our needs for a great family trip. The home is beautifully decorated with all the comforts and quality homeware. There was excellent communication by the hosts making our stay super easy and relaxed. Highly recommend a stay at the Fernwood whether you are looking for active outdoor adventures or simple unwind and recover in nature.

Property is newly refurnished and very beautiful. We enjoyed the back deck, which was very large and well furnished. The home had plenty of living space for our large party, with comfortable and spacious common areas on both floors of the house. Kitchen is well furnished with everything you need.

Family trip to the mountains

Our family made wonderful memories at this beautiful, clean, spacious home in the mountains. There is plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our family of 8 and we were so grateful that it was dog friendly. This home had everything that we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner and to enjoy our time here. We loved the beautiful views off all of the decks and we were able to see deer in the yard. We enjoyed golfing at the amazing golf course within the neighborhood. We absolutely loved that we could hike right in the neighborhood and the waterfall was so beautiful! Brevard is very dog friendly and the drive was not too far to hike at DuPont State Park and to the Pretty Place. The owners of this home are very informative and easy to communicate with about everything! Our entire family is already planning our trip back in the summer!
