Waterfront Days in the U.P. of Michigan!

Welcome to your own little retreat with over 300 feet of frontage on the Menominee River (which is famous for fishing of bass, walleye, northern, sturgeon, and more), kayaking and tubing. Spend your time enjoying your morning coffee on the deck or private dock (Memorial Day-early Fall) all while watching the eagles soar overhead or maybe you'll even get to view the Northern Lights. There is a firepit (with wood included) where you can make s'mores and watch the sunset. There are kayaks and a canoe for you to use and spend the day fishing or just enjoying the scenery.

You're only 10 miles from Menominee, MI where there is shopping, restaurants, parks and marinas on the Bay of Green Bay and many other local restaurants tucked away less than 15 miles drive.

If you are looking for a relaxing time and views for days, then this is your Northern Retreat destination. Our family stayed at this cabin and enjoyed canoeing, kayaking and s'more by the campfire. The host was fabulous and communicated in a very helpful and understanding manner. The experience was amazing and we ALL enjoyed ourselves immensely. Looking forward to going back.

If you’re looking for ease, this is the place. Grab your clothes and some food and let your mind relax. Fully loaded with all the essentials for a stress free time. The water is lovely, fishing nice, and with an ample supply of firewood you can enjoy the River front all night.Great views, lots to see around the area, and awesome folks who always leave little details to my your visit special.

Absolutely perfect!

We had such an amazing weekend! From the thoughtful treat basket, to the comfy beds, with SO many comfy blankets everywhere, to the views of the river. This place was absolutely perfect! We cannot wait to come back again! Highly recommend staying here!

Great stay!

We stayed during a family getaway to celebrate my birthday and it was a amazing experience! There were birthday balloons welcoming us when we arrived along with some snacks. We enjoyed kayaking, fishing off the dock, and bonfires to end our nights. It was a great stay and we'll definitely be back!

Menominee River Cabin

I enjoyed my stay at this property on the Menominee River. The home is clean and well cared for. It's in a nice wooded area with the river running through it. The trees made me wonder about the view during th Fall colors. I loved the tranquility in the dark. Perfect deck for star gazing in absolute quiet. The only sounds are coming from nature. I would definitely stay here again.

Cabin rental

My husband and I loved our stay. It was wonderful sitting on the deck to have coffee in the morning, so relaxing. All the little personal touches, coffee in the cabinet, creamer in the refidge was appreciated. When grandkids and great grandkids came to visit there was space for them to run and play games. The hidden drive took getting used to, lol. The only negative would be the bed was not comfortable. Very lumpy. Next time we rent, which we hope to do next summer, we will bring a blow up mattress. All in all I would recommend this cabin rental.

We plan for a yearly family trip mid-October to the Marinette/Esky/Upper peninsula each year. This location accommodated us well! Landscape was vibrant with colors and waterfall trips were within an hour away. We made good use of the grill and kitchen and the rooms were comfortable, kids loved the bunk bed. Thank you Michelle for sharing! What a view of the river, awesome.

Our family had a great stay in Wallace on the river. Oldest son did not want to leave. He was out fishing every morning in his pajamas, and fished throughout our whole stay. Cabin was exactly as described, very clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Would recommend staying here and we are planning next years trip already.
