Ben was excellent with food recommendations and responding to questions in a timely manner. The home was perfect for us, fishing was great and the dock provided a peaceful place to watch the sunset.

Lakefront property with dock, deck 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Property was on quiet road and small lake they was peaceful. Updated house with well equipped kitchen and updated bathrooms. Good AC and many fans. Home had a hot tub to use and we even was able to charge our EV car overnight without a problem 2 nights when there with a level 2 charger cable we brought. Host was available and we were able to communicate without issues. Would rent again. Thank you Ben.

This lakefront property is majestic. We have a great fondness for the relaxing atmosphere here. The lake and wildlife is a big draw for us. We alway have a fun stay.

We enjoyed using the dock and canoes. The property is beautiful with lots of wildlife. We were able to easily cook meals inside and on the cooktop grill. Plenty of cooking utensils and nice cookware available. The host communicated well.

Awesome location and home.

Such a nice place very quiet. They provide so many of the small amenities that I have not seen at other properties. Had a great time and would definitely recommend. Hands down the nicest rental we have had through VRBO.

Very quiet and relaxing

Very unique property which made it fun for my daughter and i really enjoyed how quiet the area is even over 4th of July weekend! Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Summer Getaway

Property was cozy and everything was as listed. We were able to use the canoes to catch some bass and bream. Great location, it was easy to visit Tampa, Tarpon Springs and Busch Gardens.

Its the little things

This was a great getaway. They had canoes, a fishing dock, fishing poles, and my husband and I, along with my sister and niece, completely enjoyed ourselves.

Wonderful lake

The lake was great to relax by and fish. The house has such a beautiful view. Can’t say enough about the setting. Everyone had so much fun. Host was informative and arrival was easy. Thanks Ben.

My family and I had such an amazing stay. Host was very quick to respond to any questions. So many things to do out on the lake, fishing, canoeing, ect. My kids loved catching lizards & fish. The house was clean and well stocked. We felt like we were home. Thank you! Hope to be back one day :)

Peaceful and Perfect

This house is amazing and very nicely appointed. The spacious bedrooms have plenty of nice bedding and comfortable pillows/mattresses. The backyard is awesome. The canoes, treehouse, hot tub, and dock will entertain any outdoor enthusiast. The hosts are incredibly responsive and accommodating. If you're looking for a nice retreat, this is it!

I stayed here for my wedding weekend and it was absolutely perfect! ☺️ The owner, Ben, was so accommodating and very communicative! I had a couple special requests and he was very kind to accommodate me and work with me. It was the perfect place to spend the weekend and enjoy a beautiful house on the lake! Everything was nice and clean, no complaints from us. Thank you Ben for everything! ☺️

We traveled from Tennessee to this property with our three teenagers. The property was as pictured and described. The location was perfect for us as we were near many places such as Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Tarpon Springs. My husband and boys enjoyed the canoes and the jon boat for fishing, as well as the dock. There were two turtles and an alligator who were named Jim, Gary and Frank for our stay there. They caught bass and gar. The lady who rents the apartment below was very nice and friendly to us all. Some of the furniture could use a bit of updating as the sofa in the living room was not very comfortable and the beds were a bit firm for our taste. However, the boys said the bunk beds were very comfortable, even with them being 6'3 and 6' tall! The showers are a bit small, but nothing that wasn't adaptable. The owner is very accessible via the VRBO app. That was greatly appreciated. Always love having a washer and dryer onsite because that helps make packing easier for the trip down and back. Overall, we enjoyed our week here. The area is nice and quiet.

Well located

Needed to wash sheets as they smelled of mildew. Ended up buying our own toilet paper as the bathrooms didn’t have back stock and we weren’t sure that there would be any in the garage location after the manager told us there might be some in the garage.

I had an excellent stay at this property. The rooms were spacy, beds comfortable, scenery was gorgeous!! The neighbors are very friendly and the area is pet friendly. This location is convenient to get to beaches, restaurants, dolphin rides etc. I'm hoping to be able to reserve this place again next year!!
