The home was in great condition and the host Maria was outstanding on communicating in a timely manner, and making sure any issues were attended to immediately. I would recommend using you all to my friends and family who plans to visit Florida in the future

We truly enjoyed out stay here! Wonderful location, house checked all our boxes for the age range. Very responsive to all our questions and request! Can’t wait to stay again.

Family Trip

We had a fantastic trip all around. The house was clean and comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the pool and move room. Really no complaints and the house was as expected. Community pool was also nice as well as the club house. Would definitely stay again!

Overall excellent stay!! We choose this listing and Windsor Island Resort neighborhood due to all that it offered the group I was traveling with( young children, adults and grandparents) There was plenty of space in the house for everyone to spread out and have their own space. There were 3 separate areas that you could watch tv (Garage "Movie Theater", main floor living and the upstairs Livingroom) I will say the theater was what got the most use by the kids and the rest of us adults enjoyed the pool and playing cards at the outdoor table! There were some minor issues with the furniture that were taken care of immediately and the host was very responsive to any questions I had. The neighbor hood was beautiful and had plenty to offer!The Clubhouse/Community pool was Amazing! There is so much space to spread out around the pool and lazy river areas. Everything was clean and well maintained with life guards on duty. I have stayed at quite a few other Windsor properties and this was by far the best! The negative to the pool area is that you cannot bring in any outside food/beverages but, you can bring an "empty water bottles" but to be honest, no one ever checked ours.The area around the neighborhood has lots to offer as well. There are several restaurants(McDonalds, Chipotle, Applebee's, etc), Publics within a mile or two and Walmart less than 10 min north on Rt 27.The overall check-in and check-out process were super easy, the Host Maria and our stay was great!

This house was the best house so far. It was clean and the pics match everything in person. The host Maria was great. She responded in a great time. I will recommend this house to everyone. The host n house is a top 10. It was only one thang that went wrong. The heating of the pool did not work. But me and my family still had a wonderful time. Thank you for having us

My only complaint was there was not even salt & pepper. This was the 1st time I ever experienced absolutely no seasonings, no cleaning products-NOTHING when I rented a home. Not sure if it is a policy of the rental group- but that is my only complaint!

Clean, fun house

Overall we were very pleased with our stay. It was clean, and a few starter essentials were included. The bedrooms were so fun for the kids! Lots of space for several families to spread out. The pool heat did not work due to a repair needed as a result of the severe cold they had just had - the manager was responsive but not proactive about the problem and we were disappointed to not have the pool. They did apply a refund promptly.

House was dirty and pool too

We were very upset with the house stains on floor stickers coming of the walls one bathroom was lock couldnt use it pool was dirty. Water and ice maker didnt work..I feel I should get half of my money back wasnt happy at all.

We had a 9 day stay at this property with a group of 12. Plenty of room for everyone. Overall the unit was clean and comfortable. The AC worked very well and kept the house cool throughout the day and night. There was a couple of issues that Maria resolved very quickly. We visit the Orlando area often and would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!
