Il nostro molto privato, immacolata, splendidamente decorate casa ha tutto voi e la vostra famiglia e gli amici necessario per una rilassante vacanza spensierata, da biancheria di lusso per una cucina ben fornita di quattro biciclette spiaggia.

Questo a livello singolo, a casa 2.100 piedi quadrati è perfetto per una famiglia numerosa, due famiglie con bambini, o coppie multiple (capienza massima 8), con una grande sala centrale grande affiancato da due camere da letto e due bagni sul lato sinistro di la casa e altre due camere da letto e due bagni sulla destra.

Le caratteristiche open space:

Grande hall d'ingresso piastrellato.

Grande sala centrale spaziosa con nuova moquette da parete a parete, soffitti cattedrale, due divani oversize, nuovo 47 'HDTV a schermo piatto, camino in mattoni (non per l'uso), e tavolo da pranzo per 8. La parete posteriore è tutta di vetro e si affaccia su un lussureggiante, tropicale spazio verde molto privato. Due cursori si aprono su una grande terrazza con patio nuovo tavolo in vetro e sedie e un grill a gas.

Grande, moderno, cucina completamente attrezzata con granito e pavimenti in piastrelle. Lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice.

Zona pranzo con soffitto a volta a volta al largo della cucina, può ospitare sei.

Vuoi la privacy? La casa dispone di quattro camere da letto di lusso - ognuna con il proprio bagno completo en-suite! Un corridoio tampona ogni coppia di camere da letto dalla grande sala per la privacy ha aggiunto.

Ci sono due camere matrimoniali, uno su ciascun lato della casa. Ognuno ha un cursore e terrazza privata con vista dello spazio verde tropicale sul retro della casa, un letto matrimoniale, e un nuovo televisore a schermo piatto.

La terza camera dispone di un re convertibile (può essere separato in due letti singoli), una full-size scrivania e sedia da ufficio (se si deve lavorare!), E la nuova tv a schermo piatto.

Location can't be beat! We love riding bikes to Harbor Town and to the beach. Beautiful home, well suited for our family of 9. Plenty of space and everyone had their own bath. A few rooms had food and the floor and looked like they were missed during cleaning; bedding on Master could use an upgrade. Overall very nice would stay again!

Location was convenient to beach and harbour town. Enjoyed the shaded, quiet neighborhood. Couldn’t find a cooking pan to use that wasn’t scratched (coated pans all leaking chemicals through scratched coatings). Our family chose this unit because of accessible pickleball court- only time you could actually use court was during the day (when family wanted to be at beach) because of ants and bugs. The dated decor doesn’t bother us but there was black mold in bathrooms. The bedroom layout worked well for our family.

We appreciate your feedback and only wish that you had brought your concerns to our attention during your stay so that we could have addressed them in real time. We make every effort to maintain the property to the high standards we and our guests expect (and our ratings reflect), and when guests do have an issue or concern and alert us to it, we do everything we can to resolve it for them as quickly as possible—such as replacement of damaged kitchen items in real time. Despite regular treatments, the excessive summer humidity can result in occasional minor mildew spotting (not black mold) at the mouth of the bathroom registers, and we will have that addressed. As for the pickleball courts, that is a community amenity subject to hours, availability and rules set by HOA, which is beyond our control.

This is house is perfect for a group of 4 couples or 2 families! The house has an en-suite for each bedroom. The porch is a great place to hangout at the end of the day and even see some deer. There is a short walk to the playground, tennis court and pool.

Fabulous Family Time

We and our 5 young adult children had a wonderful stay for a family vacation. Perfect location and just right size for all of us. Clan, comfortable and had everything we needed. The owner were exceptionally helpful and would absolutely go back.

Perfect vacation home for a larger family

House is a great size with a bathroom for each bedroom. Large dining areas as well. Large deck was a great place to relax. Communication with owners and check in was great. Would stay here again!

We had a great stay! Plenty of room in the shared areas, we loved having 4 bathrooms! The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to cook, we also used the grill several times. Overall a bright, clean, lovely home and perfect for our family vacation week. The owner is a very responsive and helpful communicator. I definitely recommend this property!

Everything you need to enjoy Sea Pines!

The house is wonderful - everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The owners are super easy to work with and their property is exactly as advertised. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the location where we were close to Harbor Town, the beach, and a quick bike ride to Salty Dog.

Great Layout; Perfect for Family Vacation on HHI

This is a great property. Four bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom, and a large commons area. The kitchen is also well stocked, which is really helpful if you’re planning on preparing several meals while on vacation. The property owners are super-responsive and we really enjoyed our time.

Wonderful property and attentive guests

The property was perfect for our family of 8. Everything was very clean, and the kitchen was stocked well with items for cooking. The Selig’s were very attentive to our needs and are always quick to answer any questions that we have.

Definitely return

This well appointed house is great for family gatherings. The four bedrooms each with their own bathrooms made it easy for a multigenerational vacation.

Fantastic home- has everything you need!

Everything was fantastic! A perfect setting for Hilton Head. Location was great being close to everything. The house had everything you could ever need - bikes, beach chairs, fabulous deck, great common area for hanging out. The property owners were incredibly responsive to all our questions.

Great vacation house

Beautiful Sea Pines home. Comfortable, bright, airy, and clean. The 4 bedroom setup is ideal -- each has its own TV, and own bath. We had a great Thanksgiving week. The owners were friendly, and accommodating. We'd love to come back again!

Wonderful in every way.

Very spacious, owners were very attentive in every way. We were four siblings and spouses get away. Very quite area. Price was very competitive. Will definitely go back when we go back to that area.

Great location in quiet Sea Pines neighborhood

We enjoyed the size and layout of the house for two families of 4, the community pool, tennis courts and playground and great neighborhood for letting the kids ride bikes. Every room having their own bathroom was great for a week at the beach and less than a mile bike ride to the beach. While it could use a bit of updating it is well peiced and exactly what you want in a family friendly beach rental.

We hail from New England and love to walk, bike, swim and golf (and of course, cross-country ski and snowshoe in season up north!)—anything that keeps us active and allows us to enjoy the outdoors. For nearly 15 years, our home in Sea Pines has enabled us to enjoy all that Hilton Head has to offer—as a couple, with extended family, and with friends—so we chose to make that experience available to others when unable to do so ourselves. We love it when our guests report back about how they much they enjoy their time in our home and in beautiful Hilton Head and Sea Pines.

We fell in love with the natural beauty, wonderful weather, and delightfully leisurely pace of Hilton Head and especially Sea Pines and Greenwood Forest on our first visit in 2006. When we came back for a third time, we knew that Hilton Head Island and Sea Pines offered everything we wanted for a vacation getaway for our family!

Our Greenwood Forest neighborhood home, in the heart of Sea Pines, offers a wonderfully peaceful retreat that is only minutes by bike, on foot, or by car to beautiful beaches, Harbour Town, Sea Pines golf courses, shopping, dining, and other on- and /off-island attractions. As an added bonus, we're just a block away from our neighborhood's private community pool, tennis/pickleball court, and children's playground. A stay leaves us totally relaxed and happy—we hope you will enjoy our home and our neighborhood as much as we do.

Our four-bedroom/four-bath home offers the privacy and comfort our guests seek at a price point that’s hard to beat. In a recent review, our guest noted, “We loved that the house had 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We each had our own room and bathroom which is hard to find.”

We also take pride in that many of our guests comment on the overall positive experience they have had booking with us—especially our personal attention and responsiveness to their questions and needs from initial inquiry throughout their stay.
