🛏️The Space:

This Avian Forest condo is located in Pawleys Island off Willbrook Blvd, with the Tradition Golf Club on one side and The Reserve on the other approximately 1 ½ miles from the beach. A 4 bedroom, 3 bath single level condominiums. They feature a full kitchen, a dining area, living room, a washer/dryer, and a patio or balcony. The Avian community has its own private pool, and also shares the Litchfield by the Sea private beach facilities, tennis courts, Play Pool Plaza with a lazy river, and access to the fitness center, indoor heated pool, and hot tub

Guest Access: Guests will have access to entire condo. All resort guests have access to the Play Pool Plaza and the Indoor Pool Play Pool Plaza is the main resort pool located at Summerhouse Suites. Prior to arrival please feel free to message us in the messaging tool with any questions.

After checking in we ask that you contact the front desk for anything you may need, when checking in they will provide you with 24/7 support number. Confirming Reservation: After booking we will send you message to confirm your reservation.

Other Things to Note: Must be 21 years of age to rent. NO PETS or SMOKING IS ALLOWED.

Rental comes with linens, towels and setup pack of paper towels and toiletries. Unit is individually owned and managed by Litchfield Vacation Rentals; we ask our guests to treat it as they would their own home.

Great Spot

Was in Pawleys for business, this condo was in a great location. Close to everything but in a nice quiet location.

It was nice to have access to pickelball

The VRBO itself was nice - spacious and I would stay there again. The owner was helpful answering questions. A good location and places to be able to walk and enjoy shops.

It was beautiful. Grounds very well kept. Very quick& easy check in. Host communication excellent. Layout was excellent. Beds very comfortable Only minor issues were one of the tvs would not work. Called for support two techs came could not fix it said they would come back & never did. However our party of 8 would do it again definitely!!!!

The property is beautiful, spacious and exceptionally appointed. The photos do not do it justice. The facilities are immaculate and the grounds are gorgeous and well maintained. The unit is in a type of village that is quiet and calm. Each unit appears to have very private outdoor spaces. We were quite content and relaxed for our vacation.
