Seagrass Breeze is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath, beach house located off the South Causeway in Pawleys Island and only a short distance to golf cart or bike ride to the beautiful beach.
The house is setup with 3 bedrooms/2 bath on the ground floor, with the master bedroom, living room, kitchen , dining room and porches on the second floor. This makes it perfect for multiple families, who enjoy vacationing together, but also enjoy their privacy!

Enjoy your morning cup of coffee and the sounds of nature on warm summer nights giving a glimpse of a sunset stretching across the marsh and coastal wetlands area as you lounge on your back deck.
The house includes an outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach.
Enjoy cooking in the fully functional kitchen. There are flat screen tv’s in all the bedrooms, sunroom, and living room.
The house features ample parking, and a large concrete parking pad in the front.
The house is only a short drive to all the shopping, restaurants, and golf courses that the Grand Strand has to offer, making this is the perfect charmer for your family vacation or golf getaway.
