This was the best place I’ve stayed at so far. All the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The view from the living room was the best. The host was very quick to respond. Overall, a great place to stay at.

Spacious condo that was large enough for our 4 kids and 7 grandkids! Indoor pool was great for after the beach! Biggest fridge I’ve ever had for the times we cooked. The condo decor was so beach! Thanks Jim and Andrea for all the communication. Want to come back!

This was the most enjoyable spot for a quick family getaway! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was extremely well-stocked and thought out, and the building/beach felt so uncrowded due to there only being a handful of units. We will definitely be back at some point!

Awesome view and awesome condo!There was plenty of room for our family to sleep , eat , and reminisce.There were 5 families and 15 people and room for everyone!Nate and his partner were very prompt in responding to our needs. The only real problem we had was with the TV’s in the bedrooms, but no problem, as we didn’t come all the way from Charleston SC and Winder Ga to look at TV anyway!!

All was great/ we enjoyed the stay tremendously, just beautiful and right there is the stunning ocean. Restaurants, shopping , all were closeby, as well as grocery stores, so we could stay in and enjoy the beautiful ocean views from EVERY room. Stunning!!

Our host was very welcoming and the amenities were great. The grand kids loved the pool and the adults loved the hot tub. Every bedroom had a balcony with views and the beds were wonderful.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beachfront penthouse during our family vacation! The condo was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated, with every detail thoughtfully designed to make it feel luxurious and comfortable. The oceanfront views were breathtaking — waking up to the sound and sight of the beach each morning was unforgettable.The location was perfect and incredibly convenient, with easy access to both the beach and the pool, which made everything so relaxing and enjoyable for our family. The penthouse had everything we needed for a wonderful stay, and it truly felt like a home away from home.We made so many wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again. The view from the unit is exceptional. We appreciated the amenities especially the well equipped kitchen. The master king bed was very comfortable and the configuration of the other bedrooms easily accommodated our families. We loved the beach access for an early morning walk and the ability to claim your spot on the beach in the morning & come & go all day. The kids enjoyed the pool when they wanted to swim versus play on the beach.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The space felt welcoming from the moment we arrived, and it was clear a lot of care goes into maintaining it. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and a very short walk to the beach. We especially appreciated the little details, like the well-stocked kitchen and cozy living areas that made it feel like a home away from home. Communication with the host, Jim, Nate and Andrea was easy throughout the entire process, which made everything stress-free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Loved this condo!

We were blown away with our stay! The condo was top notch. The decor and cleanliness exceeded our expectations in every way! You can tell the owners and the property manager truly care about their guests vacation! Will stay again for sure!

Gulf shores beach condo did not disappoint.

The condo was clean, well-equipped, and spacious. The view was gorgeous and I did not want to leave. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hosts were very responsive.

This is an incredible condo. Perfect for the 32nd year of our girls trip. It had everything we needed including panoramic views and gorgeous decor. It was incredibly clean and the owner and team were extremely accommodating and responsive. A definite return destination.

New Year Getaway

The property was beautiful and very clean. We even received a small gift from the hosts. The amenities were spot-on. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place!

Highly recommended… The condo is absolutely gorgeous, very roomy, beautiful views of the ocean. Easy access. Nate and Andrea were very easy to deal with and kept us informed until check out. We will definitely revisit in the future.

Family vacation

If you are looking for a place with wide open spaces in a condo, this is the one. Lovely decor and well placed and comfortable seating and sleeping. Loved our family vacation at Oceania 1!!

We always enjoy staying at this condo. It has everything you would want for a beach vacation. The management team is responsive to your questions and quick to provide any services necessary. The owner cares for his guest and does what it takes to keep you coming back.
