Fantastic property - short walk to the beach, prompt communication, plenty of space for multiple families, and the pool was a game-changer with our little ones!

I believe actions say way more than what I can write in a review. We have stayed at this property for multiple years for our annual family vacation. Usually 16 folks, children and adults, and it never disappoints. The proximity to the beach, shopping, eating is clutch. Easily transition from the beach to the pool and continue the fun. Large spaces to gather and small ones to regroup and build your social battery back up! Multiple kitchens and common areas for hosting and serving. Multiple floors for all family dynamics and noise levels. Very quick to respond if there is an issue and extremely communicative. This is a big spend for us and the value of the property is worth it. It even has an elevator so my 93 year old mother gets to come, navigate the house safely and be included in making family memories. It’s a safe area for everyone and we’ve never had any issues with other visitors and neighbors. Don’t forget to ride the bikes or take a golf cart tour. With the back and forth to the beach it made that short distance more manageable when you’re carrying all the things. Thank you again! We’ll see you next year.

Beautiful Property, Beautiful Location, Perfect for large family.

Where to start. Property was absolutely beautiful! Clean, great location near the beach, fully stocked with everything a big family would need. Multiple coffee makers, 2 kitchens, multiple laundry rooms, large golf cart. We had 12 people and the house still felt very spacious. It was the perfect spot, beautifully views of the ocean every morning and very close to Rosemary shopping. Would absolutely rent this property again!
