Super cute spot ! Just remember it’s on the third floor , we had a lot of items , but it’s very cute ! Great communication , nice area, felt very safe !

This property is clean, comfortable, and just the right size for my daughter and I. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The short walk to the train station made it super easy for us to get to Salem and back so we didn’t have to worry about traffic.

We stayed only two nights but the apartment was very clean and modern. The location of the sofa for watching TV is not very convenient but we managed okay. The area is very quiet and we enjoyed our stay here.

Great apartment with many upgrades especially in the kitchen and bathroom. This location is very close to the Metro T. I recommend an upgrade to a comfy King size bed (instead of a Queen). We would definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately when we checked in, our room had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Mistakes can happen and we were taken care of very quickly and moved to another unit 5 minutes down the road. This was still an inconvenience to us and our travel plans. We then of course the next day had to go back to the original unit as the one we were temporarily put in for the one night had new guests arriving. Our second night we were awaken at 3am as guests decided to check out in the middle of night. Very disruptive and a little unsettling. The unit itself was recently updated and quite nice. Television a little big for such a small area but was ok and one in the bedroom would have been appreciated as well. The pull out sofa bed was terrible and a new one should be purchased. I understand that things can happen. We are all human. I addressed my concerns with the host and he didn’t even reply or acknowledge my concerns. I am guessing because I am gone and they received their money they just don’t care or at-least that’s how I felt due to the lack of respect and acknowledgment regarding my concerns.

The host was very responsive when I had questions. He was extremely accommodating, he gave us a little extra time given the snowfall etc, and he had the stairs shoveled for us in the morning. The unit was very clean, nicely decorated, and it had everything we needed for our stay. It was a very nice place, warming and charming. We'd definitely stay there again. Thank you!

The apartment was clearly recently renovated and done so very tastefully. It was clean and very welcoming.The property managers were also excellent. They weee extremely accommodating. I highly recommend this property.

Ipswich Half Marathon

We loved the property, it was very clean and a great location for exploring Ipswich during half-marathon weekend. Coordinating with the owner was seamless and the apartment was furnished with everything we needed. 10/10, would definitely stay here again.

Winter week in Ipswitch

Well appointed, clean and easy! Owners did a great job converting the space for short term rentals. The kitchen has everything we needed, the bed and bathroom were great. Located on a quiet block.

Enjoyable

The property owners did a great job in converting this house into 3 inviting apts for vacationers. It was a very comfortable living space. Plus the location was perfect for getting around town and exploring the surrounding areas.

Place was super clean and cozy. Check in and check out process was super easy. Beds were super cozy and slept really well. Small store within 5 mins walks full of snacks and wine. We took the train several times to Salem and Boston and felt super safe, including 20 mins walk we took several times to a wonderful restaurant named Fox Creek Tavern. This is a great place to stay! Had one small issue with the TV and Wanderson showed up within 5 minutes and corrected the issue in less than 20 mins. We will be back to stay at this location!

Ipswich family visit

We were so impressed by what a fabulous job they did completely renovating this beautiful apartment! Everything was updated and modern and the host went above and beyond by providing everything you could need! The kitchen was very well stocked, the bed was comfortable, there were plenty of towels and supplies! We were only able to stay for two nights, but we will look forward to staying there again when we have more time to enjoy it!

Very nice! Bigger than expected very clean. Bed very comfortable. Only comment is I believe listing said 1st floor but it was on 2nd floor with 18 stairs, not a problem for us but relative with Parkinsons unable to visit as planned. No bar soap for shower. Otherwise very nice place! Thanks
