Sperimenta una vacanza tranquilla con lussuose vasche idromassaggio, cucina gourmet, bar di bambù, biancheria da letto ultra confortevole, tre caminetti, due ponti e un sacco di spazio e privacy. Sfuggire al trambusto dei grattacieli. La casa di città ha tre livelli e si trova sul lato sano dell'isola. È solo a pochi passi dal bordo dell'acqua. Attraversa la strada e passeggia a pochi passi dal golfo. Questa tranquilla dimora privata si trova lontano dai bar e dai ristoranti all'estremità orientale dell'isola, vicino alla spiaggia nazionale delle Isole del Golfo.

La primavera sulla spiaggia è semplicemente bellissima. Il clima è caldo ma non tremendamente caldo. L'aria è ventilata e calda con alti negli anni '70, '80 e '90. Bands on the Beach si esibiscono in concerti gratuiti ogni martedì sera dalle 19 alle 21 al Gulfside Pavilion. Festival di primavera e altri eventi in abbondanza riempiono le tue giornate piene di divertimento. Smooth check in and out, host was quick to answer questions, quiet area. We had 5 adults and there was more than enough room for us all. Nobody felt like they were on top of each other. We will return to this property in the future.

This house is fantastic!! Great location by the bay and a super easy walk to the ocean across the street. We stayed her with 4 of us - 2 adults and "adult" children (20 & 21). We all had plenty of room, the bathrooms were great, bedrooms were big. We did not use the bonus room but that would've been great if we had 1 more person with us. If you needed to use the bay - the dock was right across the driveway with easy access. The garage was stocked with umbrellas, sand toys, chairs and 2 wagons for getting everything to the beach -that was very helpful!! We were about 2 miles away from the busy area by the pier but it was an easy drive or there is also a trolley stop right outside the neighborhood by "The Local"We would definitely stay there again next time we are in Pensacola

Plenty of room

Very nice property with lots of room. Close to the beach and just 2 miles from the boardwalk and restaurants and shopping. Ms Carla is so nice to work with. We would definitely stay at her home again.

I look forward to having you and your family back in the near future. The access to both sides of the island so close is a plus. We are close to the core of the island for fun but just far enough away to get away from the restaurant, bars and shops for some serenity.

Great place to stay with family!

We have been vacationing in Pensacola for 27 years and this was our first stay on this side of the island. It was a short walk to the beach and the sound was just steps away. The trolley stop was also very close. The kitchen was wonderful for cooking and had everything you could possibly ever need!

The home was as pictured. We had plenty of room with 2 adults and 3 teens. Owner was able to contact easily and responded quick with any questions we had. She had plenty of suggestions for restaurants. It’s a short walk across the road to get to the beach. And having 2 wagons and umbrellas and chairs was so helpful. We also all enjoyed the bicycles. Would def recommend this home for a great vacation. Would love to stay there again

Great location away from the hustle and bustle of busy Pensacola Beach strip. Short walk across the street to the beach. Loved having access to many beach chairs, wagons, and umbrellas - super convenient! Gorgeous beach! Really nice back patio; spacious and equipped with plenty of patio furniture. Inside was spacious and very nice, but could use some updates and a deep cleaning. Leather furniture inside was peeling badly and left pieces on the backs of your legs and on floor everytime they were used. We did end up putting small hand towels on the chairs to avoid this and it worked great. Beach bikes were available for use in the garage and our teenage daughters had a blast riding them in the evenings. Plenty of dishes and supplies available for use. Utensils and drawers could use a good cleaning. (Pizza cutter would be a great addition to utensils) The “secret” room was such a hit for our teenage daughters and their friend!! They closed out each evening by watching a movie down there before bed. Recommendations - Jolly Dolphin Sunset cruise - try to get Mary as your deck-hand!! She was a joy! Blue Angels practice - leave EARLY (took us 2 hrs to get 15 miles) Cordova Mall and Sky Pizza (delicious!) off the island was a great rainy afternoon adventure. Wonderful Vacation Home

The home is nice with 3 bedroom and a cool little secret room. The kitchen and living room are nice and spacious. The house was clean and well maintained. It's just a few steps feom the Sound and a small walk to the beach. We loved our vacation location. The 3 bathrooms were A.M.A.Z.I.N.G to have. The best the about all of it was the owner. She is simply the best. She made this a great location!

Pensacola Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. It has the whitest sand and is known for the emerald color of the water. Once you get sand in your shoes, you will always want to return.

This is my second home, my little bit of paradise. I can't wait to get out of my fast paced city life to recharge at my beach and relax in my large spa tub. I built this for my relaxation. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
