Bella doppia casa padronale in Grandview Street in Encinitas. Splendida casa a 2 piani nel cuore di Leucadia sulla spiaggia di Grandview. Questa casa vanta una cucina, un soggiorno e una zona colazione splendidamente ristrutturati. Bellissimo doppio master, 1/2 bagno aggiuntivo, doccia esterna riscaldata, ampio cortile con vasca idromassaggio privata, palapa tropicale e barbecue. 2 posti auto e lavanderia. Lenzuola, asciugamani e cucina completamente fornita. Basta presentarsi!

La spiaggia è appena fuori dalla tua porta. È splendidamente arredato con tutto il meglio della linea..Super privato e la posizione è imbattibile.

We had a wonderful stay! The property is adorable and within walking distance of the beach, cafés, restaurants, and a small grocery store. It was cozy, relaxing, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

This property was better than expected. It was in a perfect location. We enjoyed walking to shops and beaches that were just steps away. The backyard was a private oasis that we enjoyed for morning coffee and evening hangs. The house supplied everything you needed for days at the beach. I would love to come back.

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect, just a short bike ride to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, and everything Encinitas has to offer. Very cute place. You get your own parking that you never have to fight for, the back yard and living room are so nice we spent lots of time using them. The garage is set up like a little mancave with a couch, the kids loved it. We definitely plan to return!

We really enjoyed staying at this lovely property. Every room was immaculate and well maintained. It was really great to hang out and visit in the beautiful yard and patio. The living room was also a comfortable place to visit and relax.Both bedrooms were very comfortable and had their own bathrooms. Overall I enjoyed our stay and would come back again the next time I am in Encinitas.

Perfect location for surfing at Grandview Beach, and close to all Leucadia has to offer. The house has big rooms and a nice kitchen. The backyard is very enjoyable, great for the dog and family to hang out. Good parking. Great spot for a family vacation.

This is the second time we have stayed at this townhome and we love it. It is perfect for our family and is very comfortable with close proximity to the beach and a few restaurants. We are cyclists so we also enjoyed riding into downtown Encinitas. We hope to come back again!

This was such a wonderful way for us to visit friends and family in Encinitas. The beach house was clean, comfortable, roomy, and had all the amenities you could need for beach fun and backyard get-togethers! We really enjoyed our time in Leucadia. Will definitely be coming back to Encinitas AND this house.

Fabulous home in a great neighborhood

We loved this home and how central it is to everything. We could walk to the beach or to wonderful restaurants. The back yard was very private and comfortable for hanging with the family.

Wonderful home that worked perfectly for us.

We had a lovely stay, plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed the back patio in the evenings, walking to the beach and to restaurants. It was a perfect home base for our CA visit.

Fantastic stay in Encinitas

Our stay in Encinitas was wonderful due to his lovely house. Location is a few blocks from the beach and walking distance to restaurants. The home is very clean and accommodated all our needs. We will definitely stay here again when return to the area.

Great outdoor patio, comfortable sheets pillows and linens and beds. Large rooms and great location for walking or riding bikes to everything Leucadia!
