House was a great set up for our long-weekend stay and we had fresh flowers waiting for us which was a nice touch. Good communication, very clean, highly recommend.

WOW! We loved our stay here so much! We were two young families with lots of kids and everyone had the best time! Thank you for opening your beautiful house to us and making us all feel right at home. What a gorgeous property - clean, easy to access, wonderful amenities - everything we needed and more! Cannot say enough good things about this property! We are hosts ourselves and even took some notes on items that they had available for our use to bring to our own listing. Great experience all around - highly recommend!

Great Beach House!

We had such an amazing time during our stay! The home was spacious and very comfortable for our family. We especially loved the private, fenced in yard for our kids and dogs. The home is in a great location - easy to get around to beaches/restaurants/shops, but also tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac. We would love to stay there again!

Amazing home in an amazing location

We loved our stay! The home is in a prime location in a quiet neighborhood. It is within walking distance of great food and great surf spots. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We loved relaxing in the beautiful backyard as well. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook some great meals. I'd highly recommend this spot and we will definitely be staying here again.

Great location and home!

We just got back from an amazing girls weekend in San Diego and can't wait to go back! The home was absolutely perfect with 4 bedrooms and a great space for us to all hang out together. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed for cooking breakfasts at home. It was a short walk to the beach and lots of amazing restaurants nearby. We will definitely come back :)

The perfect location for families

If you're looking for a beautiful kid friendly home close to restaurants, parks, and the best beach in Encinitas this rental is for you! It's located in a quiet and safe culdesac that your kids can play in, and walking distance from a great park! The backyard is also kid proof and has a really nice lounge area. The property management company was so sweet to leave us a guide of things to do in the area as well as fresh flowers. Will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful house! We had a great weekend at this property, location is close to the beach but in a quiet/safe cul de sac - great for our kids. The house was clean and beds were very comfortable. They had an excellent assortment of kitchen appliances and kids cups and plates. Would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling with (or without!) kids to San Diego, we will definitely be back! :)

The house and location were great. The outdoor living area was private, scenic and comfortable. The kitchen was also set up for gourmet cooking with a Wolf stove and very good cooking pots and pans and utensils. If I had to provide constructive feedback, I think there could have been more than 2 bath towels in each bathroom and cable TV.

A home away from home by the beach

Staying at this beach house in Leucadia was truly a dream come true. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the clean and stylish interior, and the peaceful atmosphere. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to all necessary beach supplies. The home is located in a quiet, safe cul-de-sac and walking distance to the beach and so many amazing restaurants. We enjoyed our evenings in the backyard BBQing and roasting s'mores in the fire pit. It was an trie home away from home and we can't wait to return.

Wonderful, spacious, comfortable and well appointed home! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!! Would definitely come back. Two living spaces with great TVs. Just wish the tv had worked outside. The patio with the fire is very nice though!
