Conveniently located just a stone's throw away from the historic town of Coupeville, Ebey's Landing National Historical Reserve, the Port Townsend ferry, Fort Casey State Park, and the majestic Admiralty Head Lighthouse, this home offers you a gateway to an abundance of coastal wonders.

This newly renovated haven boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a modern open concept that effortlessly merges style and comfort. With 1,700 square feet of single-story living space, your group will have plenty of room to unwind. And just a few steps away, the community's low-bank beach access beckons you for easy seaside adventures.

Sunny comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, with a king bed, a queen bed, and two twin beds. For an additional touch of versatility, we've included a trundle day bed in the sitting room, which can be closed off for privacy.

Inside, you’ll find a kitchen and dining space designed to allow everyone to join in on the meal prep experience. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, baking, and entertaining, while the large dining table was created with connection in mind and is the perfect place for puzzles, board games, and visiting. For added convenience, the laundry room boasts a full-size side-by-side washer and dryer, along with a spacious freezer to store your freshly caught fish and crab.

The living room and sitting room welcome you with its power-reclining furniture, cozy blankets, and an abundance of fluffy pillows. Stay connected with reliable Comcast Internet, offering seamless Wi-Fi coverage throughout the entire home. Home Truths
- Per the Navy's scheduling, there can be flyovers around this home which can be very loud! The schedules are posted 1 week in advance online. Please contact our office for further information or questions.
- 4-6 Night minimum July/August. 2 Dog Maximum. $50 Pet fee applies (Airbnb pet fee requested separately after booking when a pet is indicated to join reservation) No Cats allowed.
- Infants are included in max. occupancy. Inquire if you have additional children/infants.
- 2 pets are allowed at this home. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet and a deposit of $300. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- There is a twin trundle bed in the family room for additional sleeping arrangements.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Clean & spacious house, nice location
Property is well-furnished, with lots of space for our family of 4. I love the large fenced yard that our dog can be out running about. The neighborhood is very quiet. It was nice to take morning walks around the neighborhood, or down to the beach.

Charming House
We loved this place & wished we could have stayed longer. It is decorated so well & there is everything you could need while away from home. We loved the two plush recliners in the living room & the sleep number bed was very comfortable. We brought our small dog so the large fenced yard was great. Also enjoyed our walk on the beach which is just across the street. We definitely plan on staying here again.

Quiet , comfortable place
Nice place to stay. It would have been helpful to have had instructions about how to access the beach, since there were “no trespassing “ signs everywhere. The house itself was very comfortable and beautifully equipped.

Quiet and Serene
My best friend and I along with my 2 shih tzus spent the weekend here. The home was easy to find, located in a quiet neighborhood (probably busier in the summer months) and only a 15-minute drive to downtown Coupeville. The home is clean, comfortable and well-appointment. There was only 2 of us so the home was very spacious with a large fenced yard perfect for our dogs. I have rented at least 8 homes on Whidbey Island and this one of my favorites. What made this trip even more special was the pod of orcas we saw they day we checked out!

Spring break 2023
This is a super clean and newly modeled manufacturer home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The beach and lagoon are steps away from the house. The neighborhood is very quiet and private. We loved staying here!
