This was a wonderful spot for our family vacation. The condo was just like it is in the pictures and close to shops and restaurants. We loved sitting on the large patio and made use of the pool and snorkeling out front. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. We highly appreciated the use of this property.

Great Stay

The property is recently renovated, and it is a beautiful property. My family enjoyed our stay with incredible views and lovely scenery.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Casa Graciela Cozumel very much. The view from the balcony is unbelievable and the condo is just as beautiful as the pictures. The location is walkable to a lot of restaurants and an easy taxi ride to a lot more. Such a great place hope to return in the future.

Christmas by the Sea

Fantastic location to ocean, pools, local culture and groceries! New, clean and modern condo! Luxurious for sure! Eve, the local manager, was great! The owners were quick to respond when needed! What a great find! Would love to visit Casa Graciela again!

Immaculate!!!

Can’t go wrong staying at Casa Graciela!Our family of 4 just got Scuba certified, El Cantil is conveniently located on the pier where many dive companies will pick you up. The condo was breathtaking! Amazingly clean, well decorated and love the open floor plan! We ate out local to get the full experience but all utensils are provided should you want cook. The beds were so comfortable! I really appreciated the water dispenser! Watching the sunset from the balcony was awesome! I could go on about how perfect this condo was for our family, our boy/girl 13 year olds really liked having their own rooms.

Amazing Condo

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Graciela! Such a luxurious condo that has been tastefully decorated with amazing art work and furnishings. Very spacious and quiet. The huge balcony is a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The pool area at this complex is very clean with a large area for guests to spread out and enjoy. The heated pool was the perfect temperature. The location is great, with two grocery stores nearby and some great restaurants within walking distance. The employees of the condominium do a great job assisting with luggage, calling taxis, maintaining the property and greeting us, coming and going. We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Property but not without hiccups

On our first day in Cozumel we arrived at the property around 4:15 on Sunday afternoon but no check in instructions were provided by VRBO. We had no communication so we were very confused about how to get into the unit. We found out later that the property manager forgot to meet us on site to go over check in. An hour later she came by and went over procedures. Upon entering the condo, it was exactly as advertised. Very beautifully appointed, with stunning views out of every window. This is one of the nicer units in Cozumel and, for the most part, we really enjoyed the property. Apart from the chaotic check in we only had one other significant issue. About 200 yards North of the property is a bar called Cantina 101. Unfortunately, every night, the club played loud music outdoors until long after midnight. The master bedroom is closest to the noise so we could hear the bass making it very difficult to sleep. We sleep with really loud noise machines but it was not enough to drown out the noise (sounded like the club was right outside the window) I don’t recommend this property for light sleepers. We are not light sleepers but it drove us NUTS. This as the most disappointing part of our trip.At the end of the day the property is perfect EXCEPT for the noise.

Thank you for the positives: Everything is exactly as advertised, well appointed & one of the nicest units in Cozumel. We strive to be the premier luxury vacation rental in Cozumel. We would like to address the 2 issues presented: check-in process & noise. *Check-in process: No excuses, however what was not mentioned is that the guests checked-in 2 days after a major Cat 5 hurricane. This major event warrants some attention. Our mgr sends check-in instructions 2 days prior & confirms arrival time. She missed this during the hurricane and for that we apologize. Upon arrival they texted me personally & I responded within a few minutes. We arranged full access within 20 minutes & our mgr was then there within the hour. It was a difficult 2 days without power, communication, water & streets flooded. After the hurricane, it was non-stop work to get everything repaired & cleaned up quickly for these guests. We are extremely proud of our team. It's frustrating to have to explain a situation like this. *Noise issue: Casa Graciela is located in Centro. We have weeks of amazing 5 Star reviews from all vacation rental sites (VRBO, Airbnb, Google). This is the very first complaint we have ever received. These reviews can all be seen on the respected sites. We are not sure what all the noise was as this can be very random. 6 weeks ago we ordered new fully acoustic triple pane windows & sliding doors - a 50K USD upgrade (scheduled Aug 2024).
