Features king beds in three rooms and fun bunk beds with slide in the fourth. Just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, it's your tranquil retreat close to the action.

The Space:

Enjoy comfort across each of the multiple living areas in our home. From the open-concept living room to the cozy basement lounge with its inviting fireplace, foosball table, and board games for the family, every corner is designed for relaxation. Sink into plush seating, indulge in a movie night, or simply admire the serene treetop views from large windows.

Kitchen
The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up a delicious meal. With stainless steel appliances, a generous dining table, and an open floor plan, you can prepare meals while being part of the fun. From morning coffee to evening feasts, this kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures.

Outdoor Space
Relax on the wrap-around two-story deck and enjoy the stunning tree-top views. Grill up a dinner, dine alfresco, or unwind in the hot tub. The second patio on the lower level offers a swinging bench and yard games. Soak up the peaceful surroundings or star gazing from the comfortable outdoor seating - the perfect ending to your day.

Bedrooms
First Bedroom: Recharge in the king bed after a day of exploration, this room features soothing decor and a flat-screen TV.
Second Bedroom: Another inviting space featuring a comfy king bed and a flat-screen TV.
Third Bedroom: A serene retreat with a king bed, flat screen TV, and plenty of floor space.

Parking: You can fit 1 car in the driveway and 1 car in the gravel parallel to the road in the front of the house. It is not recommended to park along the road here.

Beautiful location fantastic amenities

Upon arrival we were unimpressed with the exterior but decided to cut them some slack as it appeared to have recently stormed. All of the outdoor seating was soaked and dirty. The giant checker board was also pretty filthy. We didn’t look at the hot tub as it was very warm and we didn’t think it was necessary. Once we climbed over the weeds to the front door we were thrilled as we stepped inside. This place was BEAUTIFUL. The listing looked exactly like the photos on the inside and the beds were like sleeping in heaven. The water even tasted better?!? I dont know why but it did! The kids LOVED playing downstairs and the adults took the upstairs to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet in the mountains. At night, we could hear the music and see the lights from Anakeesta! Very cool! The road was super steep and narrow, so 4 wheel drive would be best but we made it fine in our front wheel car. Only slipped a little once when it was raining pretty hard. Overall we LOVED this house. The location was amazing, the amenities were wonderful, and we will definitely be back. Our only note would be to clean the outside too!! We would have loved to use it!

Stayed here with a family of 6 and had plenty of room. Great communication w/ the owner. I would have no problem staying here again.

Winter Break

Great spacious home for adults and kids. Only downfall is the road into and out of the house. It’s very narrow and would benefit from being a one way road.
