• Powder Room (Main Floor): Great for quick refreshes
• All bathrooms include plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer.

• Central heating and cooling for year-round comfort
• Charging stations in each bedroom

Please note that the family lives onsite in the basement apartment. They enjoy having guests stay and are very respectful of your privacy, but you may hear each other's sounds of life from time to time.

Guest Verification: To protect our home and stay aligned with short-term rental regulations, we use an independent verification process for all guests. If you are not booking with Airbnb you will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.
Cleaning & Safety: Your health and comfort matter to us. That’s why we follow a detailed cleaning and sanitization process after every guest checkout. Everything’s fresh and spotless when you arrive.
