Many of the concerns you mentioned are things we can assist with, and we would have been happy to send maintenance or housekeeping to address what we could to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable. We will also review your comments about the rugs, closet door, medicine cabinet, couch, and other items with our team. We’re especially sorry that the marijuana smoke from the neighboring unit prevented you from enjoying the balcony. We understand how frustrating that must have been. While we cannot control the actions of individual owners or occupants, we do understand your concern and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and beautiful view. We do apologize for the inconvenience of building updates during your stay. Unfortunately, the HOA does have to do updates to the building during the off season to keep the building looking fresh and in working condition for the guests. We are glad that you were able to relax and have some fun during your trip. October is one of the best months to visit the beach with cooler weather and less crowded.
