Se vi piace camminare sulla spiaggia e tramonti grande golfo questo è il vostro posto. Lei ha una vista completa del golfo dal vostro condominio. Questo condominio è all'ottavo piano. Vediamo i delfini passano quasi tutte le mattine.

Si può camminare per miglia su Bonita Beach e godersi il suono tranquillo delle onde di colpire la grande sabbia bianca. Unitevi la gente del posto nelle prime ore del mattino, come la ricerca è per la borsa perfetta di conchiglie. Godetevi la prima colazione a casa di Doc Beach, costruito proprio sulla sabbia di quella perfetta sensazione di spiaggia.

Questo è il luogo perfetto per iniziare una giornata perfetta Bonita Beach. Rilassare il resto della giornata sulla spiaggia o semplicemente provare le due piscine qui al Beach e Tennis Club, dove si alloggia. Abbiamo anche dieci campi da tennis in terra battuta che è possibile utilizzare per prendere un appuntamento con il Pro Staff.

Colazione, pranzo, cena e bevande sono disponibili al di Doc Beach House che si trova proprio di fronte al condominio. La pizza è meraviglioso!

Bonita Springs e l'area circostante, comprese Napoli e Fort Myers hanno tutto ciò che si potrebbe desiderare o necessità. Ottimi posti per mangiare tra cui top pasti a base di pesce. Mercati di pesce fresco si trovano nelle vicinanze in modo da poter cucinare il proprio se lo desiderano. Ottimi posti per il cibo di tutti i tipi si trovano nelle vicinanze.

Campi da golf sono ovunque nella zona Bonita e la pesca è cime con le barche a noleggio disponibili e gite guidate sono un modo popolare per la pesca sia la baia posteriore e la zona del golfo in mare aperto. Molte persone godono il cane da corsa e poker al cinodromo e non è lontano al casinò Seminole.

Il numero uno dello sport può essere lo shopping. Unica di shopping fuori dai sentieri battuti, mercati delle pulci grandi o anche i grandi outlet di tempo in diverse località. Lo amerai.

Alla fine della giornata si consiglia di sedersi sul ponte schermato, avere una bevanda fresca e guardare un famoso Florida Tramonto. La conclusione perfetta di una giornata perfetta.

Location and view of the beach were perfect. Communication was great. The property is still in recovery mode.The studio was older and could use an overhaul but it was clean and good for my daughter and I.

View from room was great - best location I could ask for in the Tennis & Beach club. Best building and best corner of the building for best beach view. Could hear the ocean from the room and was even entertaining to hear the beach front restaurant. Great condo for a couple to enjoy a beach front get away.

The unit was immaculate and very well stocked with anything we may need. Pam was exceptionally communicative and laid out everything we needed to do for check-in/check-out, and using the unit and property. The view couldn't be better! Amazing sunsets The beach access is literally a stones throw. If you're looking to get away from the crowd, walk a little further north to Beach Access 2. I would like to stay here more often for weekend getaways, however I do believe the cost may be a little more than what we typically budget for this type of trip.

Excellent Location

This condo is in an excellent location for beach and food. The restaurant/bar across the street has amazing food and very convenient. There are definite signs of repair from hurricane, but we managed it without any issues.

Perfect sunset view

Terrific location on Bonita Beach. Were able to beach walk each morning and eat at great local waterfront restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend!

We had a great time . The place was just as described. The view of the sunset was amazing from the balcony. The location was close to everything needed. It was clean and organized. Checking in was very simple. Pam was an amazing host and i recommend staying there. Had an amazing birthday weekend and will return when another get away is planned.

Amazing gulf views

The gulf and sunset views from this efficiency unit are amazing. It is perfect for a couple who desire to be a stone throw from the beach. The complex is in the midst of repairs from the hurricane damage but is still accessible.

Cozy and Great view.

The condo was perfect beautiful view of Barefoot Beach and comfortable accomodations. My wife and I had an awesome anniversary weekend. Pam allowed us to stay all day Sunday and we brought our kids down for a beach day.

Wellness Trip

My husband and I took a much needed wellness trip. Pam was wonderful with communication and was a great host! The property was as described and the location made it easy to get to everything. The views from the condo were spectacular! Watching the sunset from the balcony was the best seat in town. We came home refreshed and relaxed, which is exactly what we needed.

Pros-Location location location; this includes that it's a high level corner unit with a full ocean view. Easy walk to the beach and a few bars, eateries. - Comfortable bed- Nice balcony to enjoy the sunset- [Good sized tvCons- This is not technically a 1 bedroom but rather a studio w/ a pleated screen across the middle of the unit. - The place has not been updated for at least 5-10 years except maybe some furniture. - The building obviously took some major damage from the last hurricane and outdoor restoration/construction is ongoing (as of 4/24) M-F 7:30-4:30. - Only one elevator in the building is working.

Great anniversary weekend

Amazing views. Clean Cozy Intimate and Romantic. Great for a couple. We had a great anniversary weekend. Just the internet and TV was extremely unreliable and spotty - messaged the host but did not hear back.. We wanted to click off so did not bother us (much).

Mother's Day weekend

We were very much impressed with the Wiggins Pass Chalet. Our king bed suite was roomy with a walk in closet. The living room area had a comfortable sofa and even a recliner that my husband loved. The kitchen had new appliances and provided dishes, glasses, tableware, and nice pots and pans for cooking. I always take my own skillet and spatulas when I travel but left them in my car while here! The staff (Kasha) was a pleasure and gave us friendly assistance. We would definitely return to this chalet.

Long Weekend

Had a great experience. Owner could not have been nicer. View of the beach and access to the beach were fantastic. Doc’s on the beach across the street was a bonus. Great pizza! Would stay here again for sure. Thank you!

Nice property--great view-undermined by construction noise

There was tremendous construction noise for most of Saturday. There were hand-held jackhammers and circular saws cutting concrete as the contractors were fixing/rebuilding the balconies on some of the units. The owner did not tell us that this would be happening. VRBO declined to reimburse me because they said the unit was fine and they do not reimburse for construction outside of the unit. I tried to send videos to VRBO so they could hear the noise, but the website rejected them, saying they were too big (even when I truncated the video to 11 seconds and compressed it). Sunday was pleasant. We left on Monday morning as scheduled. I would have rated the accuracy of the on-line listing as 5 because the photos are representative of the unit--but the lack of disclosure by the owner of the construction merited a 0, so I rated it a 3.

I'm so sorry you had a bad experience at the condo. The HOA has told us that the construction in only happening M-F and ends by 4:30pm each day. I did not think you would have any construction noise since you checked-in on Friday after 4:00pm and the fact that they were working on a Saturday is completely opposite of what the HOA told us. Again, I'm so sorry for your experience and appreciate your review and comments.
