- The property requires a damage deposit of USD 150/stay/unit on the credit/debit card provided. The deposit is required for EACH UNIT and is refunded IN FULL upon check-out.

- Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival.

- Upon arrival, a mandatory resort fee of US$ 28.63/night/unit (plus tax) will be collected, this is not included in the daily rate.
