This custom-built gem, freshly completed in 2023, now opens its doors to guests, and you have the unique opportunity to be among the very first to experience its charms. Our rental space effortlessly combines contemporary luxury with the serene beauty of nature. Situated in a peaceful downtown neighborhood, just a mere four blocks away from the renowned Pearl Street, this lower-level apartment, boasting its private entrance, serves as your gateway to the myriad treasures awaiting you in Boulder and the magnificent Rocky Mountains that encircle it.

Great location. Amazing hosts. Would absolutely stay here again. The unit is well equipped, cozy, and conveniently located a short walk away from Pearl Street. Sara and Svein went out of their way to accommodate us and even provided beverages and snacks as a welcome gift.

What a perfect Boulder weekend! The owners were so gracious and thoughtful and the home is lovely. We were able to easily walk to Pearl St for shopping and dinner and also enjoy the beautiful trails nearby.

The property is as advertised and the hosts are wonderful. Pearl Street is just blocks away and CU campus is less than 2 miles away. Extremely happy we booked this rental.

My husband and I stayed three nights, Feb 2025. Beautiful property, comfortable and spotless -- just as described. We got to meet Svein and Sara as well. Super nice hosts who made sure all was well and were quick to respond to questions. We would definitely recommend!

Absolute luxury in perfect location

This place lives up to the pictures. Gorgeous kitchen, beautifully tiled bathroom, super comfy king-sized bed, wide open living room - all very spacious. The neighborhood is a dream. Made me want to move there. The host went above and beyond to answer my questions and compensate for the dysfunctional VRBO app.

Graduation visit

Beautiful modern studio unit. Spotless, comfortable, quiet, and perfectly located within walking distance to Pearl Street. Lots of small details that are very thoughtful. Owner however should be more transparent in listing as unit has virtually no natural light. Otherwise, a great accomodation.

We are experienced VRBO hosts and take great pride in providing a clean and welcoming space for all of our guests. We apologize if you felt that the natural light in the unit was lacking. While it is true that our rental is located in the lower level of our house (which is clearly stated in the rental description), we do have several windows and glass doors that allow natural light to come in. Many guests have actually mentioned how cozy and comfortable the rental space is, with excellent lighting indoors. Since we first started hosting at this location in 2023, we have received nothing but outstanding five-star reviews across several vacation rental platforms. We strive to be transparent in our listing description and have even provided a virtual tour on the VRBO website to give potential guests an accurate view of the space. We also have numerous photos and clearly state that this is the lower level of our house. We understand that communication is key, and we are always available to answer any questions or address any concerns that our guests may have. We appreciate your feedback and we are also happy that you were able to enjoy the sun-filled front patio area outside our rental, every day of your stay. We will continue to strive to provide an exceptional experience for all of our guests.
