Escape to this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo where the interior has been fully renovated and is located just 4 miles from the vibrant Pearl Street Mall. Wake up to spectacular mountain views and enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool. Enjoy the mountain air with a good book or drinks on the deck. With laundry, two free parking spaces and easy access to all that Boulder has to offer, this is a great home base for your Colorado adventures.

• Living area has plenty of seating, a flat-screen TV and games.

• Fully equipped kitchen with coffee, spices and cooking oil.

Guests private entrance is on the second floor. You will have access to the entire condo, as well as the green space, pool area, and laundry.

We are available to answer any questions you may have during your stay.

• Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM.

• Please note that there is a $75 pet fee.

• Smoking is not permitted in the condo or on the deck. Please use the green space for smoking.

This condo is adorable and has everything our family of 4 could possibly want! Super comfy beds (even the bunk beds!) Nicely stocked kitchen- the air fryer was nice for quick meals! Close to amenities, hiking, climbing, swimming… Tubing on the river was a favourite! Highly recommend!

Very clean and modern condo. Host was very responsive and kind. In window AC definitely worked to keep the place cool in the summer. There are grass areas surrounding the condo which was nice for our dog!

Stay was great. Check in was super easy. Place was clean, and Lisa was always available to answer questions right away. She did great! We would stay here again, but probably not with six people. My husband and I slept on the couch, which was fine because it was comfy, but this would fit 4-5 perfect. I also didn’t realize the laundry was not in the apartment. There is one located just a short walk in the complex. Overall, this was a great place to be! (Safeway is just across the street, so that was nice).

I work in the construction service industry managing cleaning teams in Colorado and Florida. I thrive on deadlines and customer service so hosting a STR is right up my alley. I hope you enjoy Boulder as much as we do!

I love sitting on the deck with a glass of wine in the summertime. The fresh air and views are so invigorating that it becomes a favorite place to day dream about future adventures.

If you love good Mexican food and a marg as much as I do, check out McDevitt's Taco Supply right around the corner. It has a fun atmosphere and great food.

T|aco on Pearl Street is amazing as well and a great place to feel the Boulder vibe.

I love the location of this condo as it's close to parks, hiking, biking.

- 4 miles to Pearl Street, get that real Boulder vibe feel.

- only 25 miles to Brainard Lake Recreation area. (known for Moose sightings)

- 47 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park. Ohhh and if you do head towards RMNP, I highly recommend stopping into The Cherry Pie company in Lyons, you know that one with the red door. Yum!
