Guest Access:
Guests will have their private bedroom and shared access to the bathroom, living room, and kitchen. Our door is fitted with a smart lock, ensuring a seamless entry to our welcoming abode. For your convenience, a street-car parking facility is readily available near the property.

1. **No Parties Allowed:** We maintain a serene environment, and as such, parties are strictly prohibited within the premises.

2. **No Smoking:** Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

3. **Immediate Departure for Violations:** In the event of any policy violations, immediate departure will be enforced. Additionally, a $200 penalty will apply to cover associated costs.

4. **Towels for Personal Use Only:** Please refrain from using towels for makeup removal. Makeup removal wipes are provided for your convenience.

Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
