We had a wonderful week! I highly recommend staying at this gem. It has everything you will need to feel right at home. We spent a ton of time on the covered deck. Perfect for any time of the day. Park your car and forget about it. Amazing shops and restaurants all within walking distance. We will be back for sure!

This is a wonderful place right on the river. And surprisingly quiet considering its location. You can walk anywhere - the owner is so sweet! Very accommodating and helpful! House is very well stocked too - Sharon has thought of everything! I will definitely be back!!

Wonderful KPT retreat

Great location & beautiful view!

5 minute walk to Dock Square- can’t beat the location. Views of the river are spectacular! Condo was super clean and kitchen has everything you need to cook. Nice layout too. Would definitely stay again!

Great place!!!

We love this place! Location is perfect for walking to downtown Kennebunkport Gooch's Beach. Pictures accurately depict the unit. It is super clean and has all the little things we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Communication with the host is wonderful.

Great Location

The condo was clean and well equipped. The deck overlooking the water was nice and you could walk to stores and restaurants.

Perfect location, lovely condo, could live on the covered porch! Very well equipped, comfortable, close to everything. We love the Davis' condo.

Lovely Spot

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. Perfect for 4 of us. So nice to have two full bathrooms. Most of all, we enjoyed time on the balcony overlooking the water and Kennebunkport. The location of this condo is fantastic. Short walk to town!

Kennebunk Condo

The Boatyard is as advertised. The location is ideal. No car is needed; we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Sitting on the deck watching the sun rise over Kennebunkport was wonderful. Would definitely stay at the Boatyard condo again.

KBPT delight!

Sharon’s condo is centrally located and perfect for walking into town! The condo is well appointed for cooking in (pots and pans, spices etc). The master bed is very comfortable and the shower is brand new! I would absolutely stay here again!
