Such a wonderful place to stay that is convenient to everything! The place is immaculate, comfortable, spacious and stocked with utensils, coffee maker and supplies, dishes and more that made the stay even better. Easy to get in and out of the property and is in walking distance to the downtown Kennebunkport and all of the shops and restaurants and bars. The owners were very easy to communicate with and I would highly recommend this property!! You will love it..

I don’t know why only four star was left, all communications were answered immediately, our place is spotless and the guest never brought up any issues. So we are confused.

Location was a 10 out of 10. Property and furniture is very outdated and there was a strong chemical scent throughout - probably some cleaning supply. Overall very easy though.

I’m sorry that you felt the property was outdated along with the furniture. I can tell you that unit was completely renovated brand, new couch, brand, new flooring, new couch, new appliances, granite countertops The house is from the 1800s and we brought it up to a very contemporary beautiful place. I’m sorry that you were unable to see the charming beauty that others do. There is no strong, chemical smell, we use only top-of-the-line cleaning products.

Convenient Spot

Perfect spot within walking distance to the port and surrounded by restaurants. Convenient off street parking. All the amenities we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked and had both a regular coffee and Keurig machine. The beds were comfortable and it was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The outside had a nice lounge area.

Super Clean and Great Location

Like the listing title says, it was incredibly clean and the perfect location. More than enough space for our family of 4 and always helpful to have good appliances (washer, dryer, dishwasher, etc.). Robert was also great with communication. Would definitely recommend.
