Your family or friends will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. This listing is until 10 guest, but the base price is for guest for night, please, include all the guest in the reservation. We welcome our guest in person.
You will fall in love with this modern and comfy apartment with TV and all the amenities: one room with a balcony and queen bed, second with one bunk bed full/twin and queen, and the last one with queen bed. One of two bathroom is next to the bedroom and other in the shared space in the lobby in the same floor, next to the free laundry area. After a day of exploring the area, you can rest in the apt. with air conditioning and Smart TV. Start your day drink a cup of Puerto Rican coffee in the perfect spot of the rooftop area. You can either cook your dinner in the full kitchen with refrigerator and stove, order takeout from our extensive culinary offer, or visit one of the delicious local restaurants in the area. In the first floor you have a bookstore with a coffe bqr inside. At walking distance, at the corner, you can find Corre Caminos restaurant that is conveniently located. Enjoy your dinner in a multiple seating areas inside the apt or in the lobby area. If you're visiting the area for business, high-speed Wi-Fi is available. The apartment has a perfect location with easy access at step to the freeway No. 2 , allowing you to quickly reach places like Ojo de Agua spring water, the climbing gym experience, Puerto Nuevo Beach, and the Charco Azul Cave system in Vega Baja. Or you can also explore farther destinations such as the Arecibo Light House experience, Caves of the Rio Camuy, Barceloneta Outlet, Barceloneta Bouling Center, Old San Juan city, the TMobil District, El Yunque Forest Reserve, Predator Play center at Dorado, Toro Negro Glimbing and tiroleza park, and many other exciting experiences. This apt. have a perfect location. Vega Baja is a coastal town, just a 40-minute drive from the airport! La Nueva Villa is located in the Vega Baja "pueblo" (town, historic district), just a short 7 minute drive away from one of the stunning beaches in Puerto Rico, Playa Puerto Nuevo, as well as natural reserves like Tortuguero, Ojo de Agua crystal water, and incredible culinary experiences. For surfers and wave enthusiasts, we are also conveniently located near Los Tubos Beach, while snorkeling fans should visit Mar Chiquita Beach. Nature lovers and adventure seekers can explore the local Charco Azul, a beautiful system of caves, ponds, and rivers, or try rock climbing at Roca Norte. El Yunque National Forest is definitely worth the drive and is a must-see! If you're in the mood for some adventure, a drive up the mountains can take you to the incredible Toro Verde Adventure Park (ziplining, rope courses) in Orocovis or to the Cavernas de Camuy, one of the world's largest cave networks. If you're looking for an active nightlife, we are just 30-40 minutes away from the downtown and capital city of San Juan. If you want an active night life you can go to the tortuguero area, at min. drive away from the Carr. No 2 freeway, where you can find many restaurants.
