Located centrally in Davis , WV, easy walking distance to restaurants, pubs, and breweries. Comfortably accommodating 5 guests, it features a well-equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and is just a quick 10-minute drive to Timberline Slopes. Your gateway to adventure awaits!



A parking spot is available at the front door. There is also street parking in town, a 2 minute walk from the house. Please be aware of parking signs if/when parking in town. Plenty of restaurants, pubs, and shopping just 500 feet away!

Would rent again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 7-night stay! The bed was very comfortable, and the towels were large, fluffy, and luxurious. The unit was exceptionally clean, and we really appreciated the location. It was wonderful being able to walk to breakfast and dinner when we ate in Davis. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this rental to others visiting the area. Thank you for helping make our trip so enjoyable!

Centrally located and clean with everything needed for a good stay.

Property is in the heart of Davis and is convenient to everything the area has to offer. Property is clean and owner is attentive and responsive to any needs. Zero complaints.

Fox Alley Upstairs

This was a perfect home-base for a week-long exploration of the area. Very comfortable king bed! Lots of windows with great views of the surrounding mountains. 2 minute walk to central Davis. Well stocked with all the staples. 5 star.

This apartment was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Probably the cleanest vacation rental I've ever stayed in. It was only a block away from the main street with restaurants and shops. It was less than 10 minutes from Blackwater Falls. We really enjoyed our hikes at the park. We also visited Douglas Falls which was nearby down a very bad road but worth it if your car can handle it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Davis. The apartment was clean, well located in town, and the perfect size for our family of 3 plus a small dog. The location is near some really great mountain biking and hiking. Would highly recommend staying here!!

The most comfortable beds and pillows I’ve ever had a rental. Decently stocked kitchen. We also loved that we could walk to everything in town. We’ll definitely be staying again the next time we come back to visit family.

This place was great for us! My wife and I were able to use one bedroom and had the extra bedroom for our 7-month. It’s a great space for 2-4 people if you just want more of a base camp and are using the place to wind down in the evening and sleeping. It was a bonus to have a washer and dryer to do laundry. The only minor issue was it gets a little warm in the extra bedroom when the door is shut because there is no A/C in that room. 4.8 out of 5 overall

Our stay was great. The apartment was located just off the Main Street in Davis (I.e, a very short walk) and very close to Blackwater Falls State Park. Loved having my beloved pet with us. Communication with the manager was fantastic. Recommend!

Great stay, updated appliances, furnishings, clean, warm, comfortable and close to restaurants, skiing, etc. All arrangements and communication were great. Be advised the back alley is narrow and would be challenging for larger cars. Our Ford Flex did fit. Great stay!

Comfortable, Cozy Retreat

The property was comfortable, clean and close to a variety of great hiking spots. Within walking distance to the grocery store and several restaurants. It was a perfect location for our girl's weekend getaway.

Snow Sport Trip

We spent a lovely weekend here in order to snowboard at Timberline and check out some beautiful area sights. The place is lovely and has everything you could absolutely want and need. Owner is super responsive and wonderful! Will absolutely stay here again!

Clean and comfortable

We stayed over in late April at Fox Alley A unit. It was just right for our needs. Very clean, comfortable, with all the necessities and more! Perfect location for local hiking at Black Water Falls park and Dolly Sods. We would definitely stay here again.
