▶ EXTRA SERVICES

• POOL HEATING: Is optional. To guarantee an optimal temperature we must turn it on in advance one day before, there is a fee of $ 30 / day + taxes for a minimum of 3 consecutive days. Please let us know if you would like to request this service.
The pool pump operates from 8 AM to 8 PM.

• GRILL: It is optional, you must request in advance, it includes a full propane tank and professional cleaning after your check out for only $65. Please let us know in advance if you would like to add this feature to your stay.

Even though the Resort is only 12 miles away from Disney, there is no public transportation that can take you there. The best way to get around is with your own car, rental, or Uber. We offer free parking at the house.


• The Club house is 3 minutes driving or 12 min walking
• You will need to provide the driver details. We will create a QR code that is required to show at the security gate
• Concierge Desk will ask for your ID to provide guest card to access. $50 deposit will be required by the staff if for card loss. Once you leave PLEASE return the card to the Club house
• For your safety there is a security door bell camera at the front door, it will be recording at the time of your reservation
• Kids amenities FREE of charge: high chair, pack and play upon request
• Not pet friendly .Penalty 250$
•No Smoking Policy: A $500 penalty will be applied
• Parking available for 3 vehicules at townhouse designated areas. Failure to comply will result in the vehicle being TOWED at the owner's expense.
Please note that these vehicle limits apply to both staying guests and any visitors they might have. Once the limit is reached per property, no other vehicles will be allowed in the resort.
