Additional rules

Events are allowed with the following restrictions:
- An additional $25 per guest will be charged above 6 guests
- Noise must be kept to a minimum and quiet hours strictly obeyed
- No illegal activity
- An additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged for all events over 6 guests

Disobeying any of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of your booking with no refund. Failure to notify us of an event prior to the event taking place may result in additional fees charged to you, including but not limited to a $250 fine.
