This unit was great for our family (6 adults). I only wish the refrigerator was bigger. Use of the beach chairs was extremely convenient.

August Family Vacation Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental experience was great! Very minimal issues with the unit. I assume the rental unit hires a cleaning crew and the unit was clean, but you could observe some areas were more neglected. The worst part of our experience was the animals living within the bushes outside the condo.

Great location. We loved being on the first floor and having easy access to the pool and hot tub plus a little yard for our 8 year old to explore. We still had ocean views and could hear the wave. Communication was great and we had really nice neighbors.

Yearly trip to the beach

We have been staying at the Commadore for years. Always nice. Quiet end of the beach. Nice walk to the pier. Beautiful beaches.

Great experience ! From booking to departure - all was an easy handle. Great communication on line as well as phone. Condo clean clean !! And was fully stocked. We noticed right off - kitchen was full of new cooking items and a good selection. Very clean unit ! Would definitely book unit again. Condo building and amenities all clean.

Super convenient and quiet location! Easy access to the beach.

The room was awesome! Loved being on the ground floor, view was still amazing… but just made more convenient! Location was perfect near a lot of great restaurants, and grocery stores. Will be back again!

Spring Break in PCB

The place was excellent. The view of the golf was amazing with the pool right outside the door. Security was accessible and enforced the rules. Great place in Wood return.

We enjoyed the location of the property and the condo was comfortable enough. Our only complaint was it wasn’t very clean. They really need to throw away all the area rugs- just doing that would help the looks of the place and make it easier for housekeeping.

Family Vacation

We loved staying on the ground floor! There is still a great view of the Gulf from the ground floor. The pool is within a few steps. A great time was had by all. We will rent this unit again if it is available when we are.

This is our 3rd year renting this condo. The new patio furniture was great. The location is perfect! Our only issue is the rental company offered us an early check in for an additional 79 which we didn’t accept, but the condo wasn’t ready until a few minutes after the 4pm check in even when there wasn’t a renter the night before. That just seems like trying to nickel and dime a repeat renter.

Great place

Loved that we were on the ground floor and didn’t have to deal with elevators. View was gorgeous. Good location with easy access to nearby places. Security guards were very nice. The only bad thing I could say is this place doesn’t have a gym/fitness center. That would have been nice to have. We rode it out with hurricane Helene and had no problems.

Location of property was great. I felt cleaning of condo was not at the level it should have been. Mold in shower and nothing was moved to sweep under. After cleaning we enjoyed our stay.

Great Location

Great Location near St Andrews state park. Beautiful beach and walking distance to local restaurants. Nicley decorated condo. Would have liked to enjoy the outside patio area more. The only complaint is that there is NO usable outdoor furniture. There are two tables one high and one low but NO CHAIRS. There are also two swivel chairs that are rusted off the bases and falling apart, truly not usable, and should be removed from the premises before someone gets seriously hurt. The review on this unit would be great to excellent if they address the outdoor area.

Christmas Vacation

The property smelled musty upon our arrival a few plug-ins later and it was better. The size and location of the condo were exceptional for us. The outdoor furniture needs to be replaced, the rugs throughout the condo need to be replaced, and the bedroom furniture in the second king suite needs to be worked on. I thought the whole condo needed a little TLC and a deep clean. There were chairs stored in two of the walk-in closets. The condo had new paint and the bathrooms had been remodeled.

Nice.

Mostly great. If I have 2 recommendations. 1) Grounds should be attended to and the patio area cleaned up. 2) Use nicer sheets on the beds. Otherwise nice. Oh yeah, and be sure the wifi password is available. We did not have a password for a day or so because we had to call the property manager on a Friday evening when we arrived.

Review

Everything was great but I would highly recommend purchasing new rugs for the entire condo especially the living room. It’s very dirty. Also the floors were very dirty I would suggest that the cleaners mop the floors every time before next guest comes in. I don’t think the floors were mopped we had little children who ran around with no shoes and the bottom of their feet were filthy after walking on the floors. Other than that our stay was great.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nicely furnished but the furniture and rugs could use a deep cleaning, plus the rugs all seem to be curling up causing trip hazards. There were 6 of us and half thought the mattresses were too hard, but the other 3 were ok, so guess it depends on your sleeping preference. The complex is very strict & the security guard seemed to be a little aggressive with some guests, plus they closed the pool a few times due to weather, when the skies were blue, but great quiet location with beautiful white sand & the bluest waters. The condo offers complimentary beach chairs, but the rental guy was kind of a jerk, but a nice perk of renting the condo. The condo in walking distance to a couple of places to eat/drink, highly recommend Patches which is right outside the condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was not ready at 4pm as stated... had to wait an extra hour before checking in. Tried to contact property management.. they did nothing about the issue.. condo floors were not fully clean when we finally got in..patio door was difficult to open. Then just stopped all together. No response from property management. Overall decently satisfied due to location and convenience.
