Seaside Vibes: Grand 3-Story Retreat with Private Pool, Golf Cart & Bikes

Gorgeous and grand and boasting a soaring, palatial three-story facade, Seaside Vibes is a classic coastal home with space for twenty people. Thoughtfully designed to provide plenty of privacy, this sprawling sanctuary has two kitchens, two living areas, and a kitchenette on the third level— so each floor feels like its own independent hideaway. Yet there’s also tons of space for everyone to come together, including spacious, sun-kissed patios and a pristine, private pool with a waterfall feature. All this, plus six bicycles, a six-person golf cart, and an amazing location that keeps you close to the sand and the entertaining village of Seaside.

Our tour of Seaside Vibes begins with an inviting cobblestone driveway, which leads up to the front door and inside to the first-floor LIVING AREA. Here, two classic, neutral sofas flank the huge HDTV, while nearby, the open GOURMET KITCHEN has a spacious quartz-topped island with bar stool seating for four. Gleaming white quartz countertops, spotless white cabinets, and sleek stainless steel appliances complete this impressive space.

Also on the first floor, there’s a GUEST BEDROOM with a luxe king-size bed and an ensuite full bathroom that can also be accessed from the backyard patio, plus another GUEST BEDROOM with a queen-size bed and an attached FULL BATHROOM. Nearby, there’s a LAUNDRY ROOM and a convenient STORAGE SPACE to keep your beach chairs and towels.

You can take the elegant stairway or hop in the in-house ELEVATOR to the second level, where there’s another lovely LIVING AREA with two overstuffed white sofas and two comfy armchairs surrounding a cozy fireplace and a large HDTV. Next to the living area, there’s a formal DINING TABLE with seating for eight, plus a center island with seating for five more leads into the second GOURMET KITCHEN. This chef-approved space includes sparkling white cabinets and countertops, all surrounding a premier suite of stainless steel appliances. Outside through the glass doors, there’s a spacious, sunny PATIO with alfresco dining space.

For sleeping space on the second floor, there are two options: a GUEST BEDROOM with a king-size bed and an ENSUITE BATHROOM or another GUEST BEDROOM with two queen-size beds and an ATTACHED FULL BATHROOM.

Up one more level on the soaring third floor, you’ll find a convenient KITCHENETTE with a wet bar, plus a fun and flexible BUNK ROOM with four twin-over-twin-size built-in bunk beds painted a nautical blue— perfect for the kids.

Then, there’s the final bedroom, which is the ultra-sumptuous PRIMARY SUITE, complete with an incredible king-size bed and a sensational spa-inspired ENSUITE BATHROOM with two separate vanities, a soaking tub, and a massive step-in steam shower. This secluded sanctuary also has access to a soaring private PATIO with birds-eye views and a convenient LAUNDRY NOOK with a washer and dryer.

The perfectly named Seaside Vibes is tucked into the charming neighborhood of Seagrove Beach and is only a short stroll or bike ride away from the aquamarine waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the charming streets of Seaside.
