Locating the house and check in was easy. Located close to many venues. The water pressure in all the showers is low and there was hardly any water flow out of the master bedroom sink. Neighbors have dogs that were barking late and night then early in the morning. Although this cannot be controlled, it did affect our sleep. Overall, the house has a very nice and open floor plan. Easy access to the interstate

The place was very nice and clean. Had a couple issues that the owner took care of very quickly and kept us informed. Neighborhood was ok but we had no issues staying there.

Nice house!

We enjoyed our stay here, and Earnest was very attentive to our inquiries. The house is nicely remodeled inside and very comfortable. The neighborhood is not in a great location, so take this into consideration if traveling with young kids or if you will be walking at night. Overall, we enjoyed this accommodation!

Great Experience

We had a cruise planned out of New Orleans so we decided to go in a few days early to enjoy the city. This was the perfect location. We all had plenty of room to spread out ALL of our luggage!! If it wasn’t as cold, I would have enjoyed hanging out in the back yard!!The owners were amazing to work with. They were very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!!

It's ok but I wouldn't stay again!

The house was ok, the location is definitely in a bad area. I had to request another tv for the living room upon arrival. The location is conveniently located to Bourbon. The host communicated effectively with any concerns I had. Thank E!

Summary of stay

The cottage was spacious for our stay. The furniture was out dated. The beds were okay but the blankets were dirty. It was extremely cold downs stairs but hot up stairs. There were cobwebs in the ceiling. best but mas it work.

Loved the house. Hated the neighborhood.

It was a beautiful house, I had to sweep the floors though.The neighborhood is REALLY sketchy. I wish I would’ve read all the reviews before booking. If it were in a better neighborhood, I would book again. We didn’t have any problems but we definitely were ready to get out of the neighborhood.

Thanksgiving trip

The house is nice. The listing wasn’t very accurate as far as location and description. There are 4 bedrooms instead of 3 and there is no hot tub. When I read designated parking I assumed off street parking but it is on the street but directly in front of the house. I really liked the back porch and the satsuma tree in the back. The backyard is also private which is a huge plus for me. The neighborhood was very quiet. If you haven’t traveled to New Orleans before it’s easy to assume it’s a bad neighborhood but it really isn’t. I definitely recommend this place!!!

Beautiful Home in NOLA!

My family and I visited New Orleans for the Saints vs. Falcons rivalry game, and we stayed in this beautiful home. The pictures and description hardly do it justice! The home has four spacious bedrooms—two upstairs and two downstairs—and three full bathrooms. The backyard was a perfect spot to relax, with comfortable chairs and a small table where we enjoyed conversations with family. We could walk to the game, and Bourbon Street was just a quick Uber ride away. Each room has its own TV, with a large screen in the living area for everyone to enjoy. Parking was conveniently located right in front of the door, and the neighbors were friendly—we even had some fun rival banter with them. The hosts were very responsive, replying to emails immediately and making us feel welcome. This location is now saved as my go-to stay whenever I visit New Orleans! B. West - Atlanta, Georgia
