great location....15 minutes or less to almost everything in hot springs. our group was 6 adults plus 2 dogs. there's pleanty of space for everyone.

We had the best trip! The house was amazing! Great location! Easy access to the lake! Fenced yard! Great dock! Grant was easy to contact and quick to respond! We will definitely be back!!

Relaxing and Great Location

This property is located on peaceful dead end street with water access in backyard and views from the front yard, too. Perfect for a relaxing stay, yet very short drive to the downtown area for all the major attractions. We loved our family getaway here!

Total Relaxation!

We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay! The home is beautiful, well kept and in a fantastic location! The home was beautifully furnished with all the features a family would want. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

Our entire family of 12 had an awesome time. We enjoyed the lake along with the paddle board, the kayaks and the floats. The house itself was exceptionally nice and one of the best stocked VRBOs that we have stayed in. We will definitely consider coming back next summer for our family getaway

Windy Point

Amazing location to downtown Hot Speings. Very elegant and quiet culdesac off lake. Exterior living is as amazing as interior. Highly recommend.

Spring Break

Took our first spring break trip as a blended family. Everyone enjoyed themselves, peaceful by the water. The kids loved to kayak and paddleboard. The dogs loved the backyard. Very spacious. Cannot wait to come back

Everything about this property was excellent! It was above my expectations. The lake was beautiful on a quiet cove, the dock looked new, and the house had so many little extras. The kitchen was fully equipped and very clean. The beds were comfortable and I loved the fenced yard for my dog. You won’t go wrong renting this house.

Memorial Day Family Vacation

Overall it was a great stay. Plenty of games and things to do when the weather is not so pleasant outside. Easy access and great location. A few suggestions for bedroom 2 & 4 would be in 2 upgrade the bed to a more comfortable and higher bed, for bedroom 4 with the full size bunk beds the room is not large enough for the 4 individuals and their belongings. The kayaks and paddle board were great accessories. Overall we had a great stay.

Great Get Away

Our family and another family travel together every year. This was our FAVORATE rental house to date! The house had everything we needed. There was plenty of space to gather - but also space to retreat if you needed down time. The views were beautiful. By far the BEST stocked kitchen with all the utincils and cookware needed to prepare food for 8 hungry teens and adults! And having our own dock and kayaks was a major added bonus.

Beautiful Location

Our extended family had a great time at the Hamilton Harmony property over the 2024 Eclipse weekend. The location was perfect, the property was great, and everyone had a wonderful time. There were enough activities (paddle boards, kayaks, ping pong, fishing, swimming, etc) to keep four teenage boys busy and allowed everyone to relax for the days we were there. The area around Hot Springs was also wonderful, with the zip line park, the Gardens, and other interesting activities. Overall I would recommend this area and this property for any group that needs a relaxing vacation.

Had a wonderful Christmas here with 5 adults, 3 kids, and 2 dogs -- would happily come again! The house was in great condition with a well-stocked kitchen and lots of comfy seating. The fenced yard was great for the dogs, and the kids loved playing pirate on the dock. There were several grocery options within 20 minutes.FYI: There is no "family" bathroom -- there are two en-suites upstairs, plus one en-suite and a half-bath downstairs. This means the double-bunk room upstairs has to either go through someone's bedroom or downstairs to use the restroom at night.

Lake Views for Days!

This beautiful home on the lake exceeded our expectations. The home sets in a quiet neighborhood with lake views from both the back and the front. Beautifully decorated and very clean. There are lake views from every room including the bedrooms which have their own patio or balcony. We loved the big comfy sectional and watching movies on the XL TV. The kitchen is full of supplies for cooking and there is a nice outdoor grill. The play room was a big hit along with the kayaks. Mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. This house really makes you feel like you're on vacation. We plan to book again!

It was Harmony on the Lake

Perfect spring time getaway! The house had all the essentials and then some which was very nice to have and greatly appreciated. Cookware, dishes and utensils all there, we did not need anything extra or wished we had anything else. All bedrooms were spacious, well decorated, clean and comfortable beds. It appeared to be a newly renovated property as the floors, carpets and furniture all appeared new. The sitting area was great for morning coffee and the living room was large enough for all 10 of us to be in there comfortably. We enjoyed dinning in the evenings on the patio. The kayaks, paddle boards and corn hole boards were a pleasant surprise and used daily. The kids enjoyed the game room and the dog wash station came in clutch after the dogs had been swimming in the lake all day. We definitely enjoyed the home and highly recommend this place. Wonderful Fall Getaway!

We met my brother and his family here for our kids' fall breaks as it was a convenient half-way point between our respective homes. We had a wonderful stay! The home, yard, and dock are just as the photos indicate. We loved being able to spread out both inside and outside. The house is very well suited for multiple families and the cousins loved the game room! We were grateful that the fenced yard and dog wash station allowed us to bring our 45 lb chocolate lab. She loved being able to join us on the dock and go swimming! The hosts very generously allowed us to use their kayaks and other games and water equipment which genuinely added to our stay. The kids loved taking turns kayaking to the nearby islands. The adults enjoyed morning coffee in the lounge chairs by the water's edge. Everything in the kitchen was very conveniently labeled which made preparing meals easy and intuitive! The swivel chairs near the dining table made a great gathering place for games to be played while waiting on dinner. Many thanks to the hosts for sharing their home with us!
