Amazing house, amenities were perfect and relaxing. Hosts communication was excellent.Only thing... remember there is a separate apartment you can get into. We didnt until check out, so kissed out on that area.

Beds were comfortable, game room was great as well as the hot tub. Kitchen could be cleaner but amenities adequate. Location offered fun for several in our group. Driveway could use some maintenance. Cleanliness of the garage wasn’t as good as it could’ve been!Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this property.

Great communication before, during and after our stay. House was great and ideal for large groups. Kids enjoyed pool and air hockey in the basement. Hot tub was a nice bonus after a day of skiing. New grill made for easy dinners.

Christmas ski trip

We stayed over there for three night over Xmas holidays. The property is very organized and beautiful. The kitchen is equipped very well. The beds are very nice and comfy. Great location, it’s right near Sunday River ski resort.

Great place very convenient to everything!! House was beautiful. Perfect for our group of 20. We had a few adults (50-60) and mostly people 21-30. Rooms were very nice and quiet. Great kitchen and eat in dining area. Great outdoor area for lawn games, fire and jacuzzi. Reservation and check-in was easy and the host was easy to deal with.

Family Weekend

We rented this property for our annual family weekend. The house and the property were perfect, it had everything we needed for an amazing weekend. Caroline was very helpful and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. I’d recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area! Thank you for having us at your beautiful property!

Excellent Location; Great outdoor space

The house was extremely well stocked and well organized. Caroline was a great and communicative host checking in and ensuring everything went well as necessary throughout our stay. There was more than enough room for everyone in our group of 14 to sleep. Plenty of great games both indoor and outdoor at the house. The local area guide was a very useful addition as well.

Lots of space, convenient access to Sunday River

This place was great for our group of 4 young ski families. There was enough space for everyone to hang out comfortably and the in-law unit above the garage offered a quieter space to escape for a bit. The drive to Sunday River was an easy 10min, and the 3 car garage allowed all of us to park (and recharge) our cars easily. The driveway was in great condition and had been plowed thoroughly, so no one had trouble getting in or out. Happy we stayed here and would definitely return in the future for a large group trip!

Excellent ski stay

House was beautiful. Enough group spaces for all to watch movies and football together or aprt. Kitchens had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Hot to was a blessing after a day on the slopes. Less than 10 minutes to the slopes. Would recommend to all. The use of the garage was a great bonus to unload . Recommend this house for a big group!!! wHadapart!

What a blockbuster of a house

We were a group of 20 people. As soon as we got there we were in an awe looking at the property. It was well maintained & fully stocked with all the necessary items. The property manager was very helpful in any questions we had & she was very quick to respond. The views from the house were amazing. Also enjoyed the ac in all rooms. We would definitely return in the future & recommend anyone to stay at this house. The house was also spacious & the game room is also great.

We chose this beautiful house for our annual reunion with my college friends and our families this year and it was great! Lots of room for everyone to fit comfortably and for the kids to play! Beautiful views and had everything we needed. Thanks for a successful vacation!
