- Parking: Designated parking spaces are available with your numbered unit on them in the parking lot behind the building. (The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. - Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities that offer long term parking options in their lots.)
- Minimum Age: Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Golf Carts: Golf carts are not permitted in Seacrest.
- No Pets: We love your furry friends, but unfortunately they can't come on this beach trip. No pets allowed in this home. Thank you for understanding!
- Disruptions Disclaimer: Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience.
