Great condo with really convenient amenities, shops, food options all within a stones throw from the balcony that overlooks all of them. As a family with young children would absolutely recommend this place for the convenience alone. Good pools, amazing beach, and all while feeling safe. Clean as a whistle. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to anyone looking for an easy and relaxing vacation.

We loved our stay! The condo was beautiful, well equipped with everything we needed. The balcony area was great. We ate meals outside most days and loved hearing the live music from the pavilion area below. It was a perfect location walkable to the town area and the beach. The pools were great for us and our 3 year old. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at the Village! So many fun activities right at the condo. We enjoyed the beach, bikes, pool and lots of ice cream. As other reviews mention it’s a bit loud at night but our family really enjoyed the nightly music from the balcony. It concludes around 9:30-10 so it’s not super late. We had a great time during our first stay at Rosemary!

The property was clean and in an excellent location. We loved getting coffee downstairs in the AM and it was just a few mins walk to all the best restaurants and most beautiful beach. We had a slight hiccup accessing the property but the owner was immediately in touch and fixed the issue. We loved our stay and would absolutely return. Thank you for a great weekend in 30A.

Our quick getaway was amazing! This place has the best location; walkable to all of the best spots in and around Rosemary Beach! The owner was very responsive to any and all communications and was a pleasure to deal with. The place itself was clean, comfortable and well-stocked! We highly recommend this place!

Wonderful stay on the beach

Very clean. Great location. Nice shops and restaurants right outside our door. Easy walk to beach or excellent tram service. Highly recommend!

Great quick getaway for our family

This condo is in a perfect spot right on the main square where you can listen to live music on the patio at night if you need to put kids to bed early. Very convenient to everything we wanted to do. The owners are very kind and responsive to any needs.

Size of condo was great for are family of four and could easily sleep 6-7. Great location and close to everything including beach, restaurants and shopping.
