Perfect getaway

Love the setup of the house with bunkhouse for teenagers. Beds were comfortable and house was spotless! Highly recommend

Great Vacation

Amazing house! Great use of space and clean. Really the only thing you need to be aware of is that from driveway to the beach is a one mile walk or bike ride. Really enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic home!!

This property was amazing and the property management was so easy to work with. No issues with check in and they were always easy to get in contact with. Our overall rating was a 4/5 simply because a good number of outlets weren’t functioning. Other than this small inconvenience, this property was an absolute dream!

Fantastic experience!

We had a wonderful stay in this home and on Kaiwah. The house is beautifully done, cheerful and comfortable with plenty of space for a large family. We enjoyed meals at the house as well as the great restaurants nearby. It is very nice sitting in the evenings on the back deck facing the golf course and being able to use the hot tub. Location wise we were able to walk to the beach although if you have very small children its just under a mile walk so stroller or wagon. The beach is incredible - not crowded and the walk there takes you on a tropical pathway which was lovely. We would definitely highly recommend this house and Kiawah!

It’s a beautiful house with a great layout for a family. However, the property really needs maintenance work completed:- DVD player in theatre loft is broken and won’t read any DVDs. - Front door handle needs replaced it’s extremely hard to open (lever sticks).- Master bedroom AC does not work. - Master bath shower handle is stripped out so you have to slowly turn the handle while pressing it toward the wall to get the shower to turn on.- There is zero cold water available in this house. Make sure you purchase water or a ton of ice as you will need it if you want to drink water during your stay!Reached out to the property company a couple of times on issues. They do respond quickly and tell you they will try to get it fixed. Then nothing gets fixed. Their employees are very nice though.

Nice and quiet, spacious, nice kitchen and amenities.Pool was perfect after a day at the beach. Beach is an easy 5 minute bike ride.Ping pong table a nice touch.
