Inside, soaring coffered ceilings, soft neutrals, and rich textures create an inviting space, while floor-to-ceiling windows showcase stunning views. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with gas range, double ovens, and a large center island, perfect for preparing fresh local seafood or hosting a private chef. The open-concept living and dining area seats 8, with bar seating for 3.
Bedrooms – Accommodations for 12 Guests
• Main Floor: King Suite with Patio/Pool Access + Private Bathroom
• Second Floor: Primary King Suite with vaulted ceilings, ensuite with soaking tub + walk-in shower; King Guest Room; Twin Guest Room (2 Twins) – all with private baths
• Detached Pool House: King Guest Room + 1 Bunk Room with 4 Twins – both with ensuite baths
Outdoor Oasis: Designed for Leisure
• Private Pool and Spa (either or both can be heated for an extra fee)
• Fire Pit Situated Near Outdoor Bar
