Thank you for the feedback as this is our opportunity for improvement. Usually a mattress is subjective to the individual (I know my husband and I differ on what is acceptable and comfortable) but we will definitely inform the owner of this. An extra blanket is usually in the master closet--I wish you would have given us a call and we would have been happy to bring you whatever you needed. If you wouldn't mind could you please give us a call and let us know what you thought the kitchen was lacking? We always try to have items that are used for everyday meal prepping so it would really helpful to know what we need to add. Again thank you very much for staying with us!

We want to thank you for your kind words about both us and the condo. We are very disappointed that you never mentioned any cleaning issues, especially since we were over to remove spaghetti that was clogging the disposal. Cleanliness is extremely important to us and by reporting the issue to us, you not only allow us to correct it, but it also allows us to address and train both our cleaners and inspectors. I am certain any place you stay would want to be informed of any deficiencies as soon as possible and to be given the opportunity to correct them. We sincerely hope you will visit us again in our beautiful paradise!

Destin Fl Rentals always strives for perfection and so when we do not meet that expectation we work very hard to improve. Upon your arrival you let us know that the floor felt a little sandy and we do realize that being at the beach it is extremely easy to track sand in on your shoes, so we offered to have someone come over to sweep but you declined this offer. I did not hear any other cleaning issues from you and this, I assure you, is one of our most important priorities. As we are concerned about cleaning I am sorry you did not tell us the towels were soiled--you did feel they were not as luxurious as you would like and again we did apologize and offer to correct this in a way you felt appropriate. When you let us know about the blender and light bulb we immediately purchased a new one for you and delivered it the next day. Unfortunately the dryer is less than two years old so it is unacceptable that you had this issue. We did pay you what you felt was a fair price for your items and the owner is purchasing a new washer and dryer set. While you did feel you had a few issues with this condo I was under the impression we had corrected everything to your satisfaction. The owner is a very involved and reactive owner and always takes guest's comments seriously. We enjoyed having you as a guest and do hope that your time in Destin was enjoyable and you will return to our piece of paradise soon!
