The place was nice. We showed up with two empty propane tanks. The washing machine should like and airplane taking off. A few minor issues but overall very clean and pleasant

We really liked the cleanliness and decor of the property and were surprised how nice it was in spite of allowing pets.

We really enjoyed staying here, and the home itself was beautiful, clean, and accommodating. We brought our elderly dog and were happy to find the home extremely dog friendly. Our main complaint is regarding the rental company. We stayed for 3 days, and lost hot water the first morning of our stay which happened to be a Sunday. There was no way to get a hold of anyone to help us until the following morning so 1/3 of our stay we had no hot water. For the extra charge applied for the rental fee from the company they should really have a 24 hour service for renters to contact in situations like these. Very disappointing.

Upon seeing missed calls from you I reached out and immediately sent someone to resolve the issue. We do have an on call service and when following the prompts it will alert us to any emergency or immediate need. Please know that had we been made aware it would have been addressed right away, as it was as soon as I saw your missed calls. We did not receive any messages or emergency line calls from your stay. Do not like fake cabel

This property does not have cable per se. it has some faux version it was adequate but not high end. First Property is excellent.

Thank you for the review. The property has smart TVs in all rooms. The living room TV also has Mediacom cable. I am sorry the cable provided was not what you were expecting. 1st Choice Properties
