A wonderful stay in Bear Trap Dunes! The house was comfortable and spacious for our group. Amenities were as described both within the home and in the community.

Very walkable and picturesque community. Friendly residents and activity center staff. The townhome is right on the main road, which was very convenient. The activities fee (over 300 for family of 5) for using the community pool and amenities for a long weekend was a surprise. We have stayed at other communities in Bethany Beach and had our activities passes for community clubhouse amenities included with the rental prices. Water pressure in the main bathroom was weak. The living room and dining room furniture was dated and seemed fragile. The noise from the hvac unit in the utility closet in the upper bedroom was very loud. Our son had to use earplugs to sleep in there. Would probably stay at a different unit in the community if given the choice.

We’re sorry that some aspects of the home did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your comments regarding the water pressure, living and dining room furnishings, and the HVAC noise in the upper bedroom. We understand how disruptive unexpected noise can be, especially when trying to sleep, and we’ll have our team review these items to determine what improvements can be made. We also understand your disappointment regarding the community amenity fees. These fees are established and collected by the community, rather than by our company, and unfortunately we do not have control over their pricing. We do our best to clearly disclose these fees and the fact that they are separate from the rental rate so guests can plan accordingly before their stay. We’re sorry to hear that these issues affected your overall impression of the property. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we appreciate you helping us identify areas where we can improve the guest experience. Thank you again for staying with us.
