Exceptional

There are not enough compliments for the 415 FBV condo. Comfortable quality in every way. So conveniently located to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The complex, itself, was quiet and clean.

The place was nice but the stairs were not. The stairs to the bedroom were a bit treacherous. They curved twice with pie shape steps that were small. They made it difficult for my husband and I who are older. It was very noisy at night as there is a parking lot for the beach next door. The parking garage was a bit hazardous also. They were concrete pillars every couple of parking spaces which made it a tight fight. Also there were some spots that had a concrete beam that tailgates on bigger cars would hit when opened. It was close to the beach, shops, and dining but a lot of pedestrians.

Loved this place!!

The condo and the complex amenities were in great shape! The condo was clean and updated. We really enjoyed it! Location was great regarding proximity to the beach, town center, restaurants, etc. the only drawback of this was being right next to the public parking lot and a lot of traffic and noise. At night, we heard a lot of revving of cars and loud music at all hours. FYI, the stairs in the unit are a little difficult, especially for older adults or children. It fit our family of three really well and we had plenty of space. The only drawback of this unit related to the AC. The vent above the main bed was dripping water (slight drip) and the temperature was requested not to go below a certain temp due to freezing the unit. Other than that, we loved this place and would stay again!!

The unit showed MUCH larger in pictures than it did in person. The stairs going up to the bedroom were carpeted but had two sharp turns that were hazardous. There were no condiments (salt/pepper)The furniture in downstairs living area felt as though you were sitting in a hole.Lastly, the ceiling fan in the bedroom "ticked" nonstop.
